Lots of power
The suction power is great, I like the clean sense. It picks up a lot, I have a corgi and they shed also a cat this picks up the hair and fur. Very happy it is nice and light. Getting older it’s harder to handle big vacuum cleaners so this does a great job without me feeling like I lifted heavy weights for hours.

Itâs a great cordless vacuum
I loved this vacuum until my husband dropped it twice sadly. The battery wonât stay and it screams every time itâs on.

Warranty is a hassle
First vacuum, it got so hot the piece melted off the side so I call the company attached to the warrenty called CPS, they tell me they only cover it after a year and to call shark, ok np I call shark. Shark has me go on video and walk though a (user error) protocol and to see if the reason my vacuum melted could be something stuck in the vacuum. That’s fine too I get it, so decide it’s the base and send me a new base, it still doesn’t work, so i call back go thought the whole video thing again showing them my vacuum is clear of all debris and putting a piece of paper in front of it to show that it doesn’t suck (well… it does but) next they send the top. Ok now i’m feeling pretty good thinking it’s going to work and that I’ve had a pretty good experience but guess what it still doesn’t suck. I go through the video yet again this time I’m doing the steps before they even ask. They decide it must be the filters which WHAA!!! how would it be that, i say sure okay send me the filters, they never come. Finally I decide I don’t want to lose my money and I don’t want to yell at anybody so I just ask to speak to the manager completely, they say they can’t give me a refund but they can swap the unit out completely with the cost of shipping. After all this they want me to pay 30.00 shipping. Hopefully it works, wish me luck. I won’t be buying shark again but ill try to get my money out of this one. What good is a 5 year warranty if you have to return it with all this hassle in 6 months. Hope this helped..

Not like our old unit
Vac works great. However, it has a mind of its own. It transitions from a strong to lighter suction. Itâs taking a little time to learn and get use to.

Would Recommend
We moved to a place with more hard floors than carpet. I was looking for something that would be good for both. This vacuum delivers. Didn’t think I would love the fact of it being cordless as much as I do. So easy to just pick up and do a couple spots and put it back. Battery life is pretty good considering suction power. Would recommend.

Very happy
I’ve had Dysons and knock offs. This outshines them all. Best Vaccum I’ve owned. Very happy with this purchase.Only issue, I did not notice it was pink when I ordered.

Slow to charge, quick to die
The vacuum itself works well, nothing major to complain about. However, the battery doesnât last long enough to clean the house (about 2,000 sqft) and it takes a long time to charge up again. I thought about getting a second battery but the brand one isnât available and the cheap knock offs are $150.
