I was skeptical â¦ this was a refurbished unit. Technically I was afraid it would be too challenging but I was so pleasantly surprised to see that it was easy to set up and use. Iâd buy it again and again!

Love my Shark!
Bought my Shark here on Amazon as refurbished. Bought the warranty with it just in case. Been running it daily for a full month and so far I absolutely love it. Cleans my floors really well. Love that you can control everything from the app. I have 2 large dogs that are constantly tracking in dirt. I could never keep up. Love that this thing vacuums and mops all in one. I swear my house is so much cleaner now!

Big thumbs up!
I’ve had other robot vacuums before, but this one is the best I have had so far. Others I have had in the past always seemed to just wander around aimlessly until they ran low on battery. Once I mapped the house, this vacuum will go to each room and clean it. It cleans the hallways, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Then it returns to it’s base regardless of the power it has left. Not only that, but it is quieter than the ones I had before and cleans better too. The best part to me though is that it’s sensors are much better too. In the past, I have constantly had other vacuums get stuck in places. I’d move it away and it would go right back or I’d listen to it bang against something over and over trying to ‘figure out’ how to get out. This unit may get stuck once a week. The only time I really have to do anything with this unit is to empty it.

For me Shark robots are the best; I have a vacuum & the vac/mop. I have never had an issue with them; they both clean well & give me some free time to get other tasks taken care of. The Matrix exceeded my expectations; I can feel the clean under my feet! Love them!!

So helpful at raising our level of baseline clean
My spouse and I regularly talk to each other about how wonderful having this little vacuum around is. It has raised the baseline level of clean in our house noticeably! With kids and pets, we have to empty/ unclog it several times every couple of days, but, overall, totally worth it.

Mop stopped working
The robot worked well for 2 months on both functions (vacuum and mop). Yesterday the app showed me a message saying the fluid reservoir was empty (although it was full) and didn’t let me start mopping. Today the message is gone, but when I put the robot to mop the water doesn’t flow, so it is now useless in the mop function. The vacuum feature is working ok, but I needed to ask to return the item because it was already refurbished and I am concerned that it is a chronic issue.

Pads donât stay on. Itâs a champion worker
Iâve been using this pretty much Dailey with two large dogs that have shedding seasons for like two years.I set it to go at night. Doesnât wake me up.Iâm amazed I havenât worn it out for the price. Itâs easy to program. I just programmed it to stay away from the Xmas tree to be safe. No issue. It easily goes where you program it to or not. I have carpet in two rooms. Itâs just set to not go in those areas. It does my 300ft area/hall fine and goes home to charge. I need to empty and replace water/clean pad every day.Every 1 in 30 I find it stuck on the table leg in the morning. Not enough to complain about.The complaint is the mop pads/base. After a lot of trial and error I found hot gluing Velcro to the base stays on with the moisture and keeps the pads in place mostly. If it had elastic system or something to keep the pads on Iâd give it 5 stars. Itâs a super worker. I tell my dogs when Iâm picking up toys, etc. at bed time that we have to give our robo a fair fight as itâs like a family member doing chores!
