The Detect Pro robot vacuum is powered by 3 deep-cleaning technologies that enable the robot to maximize performance by sensing mess level, floor type, and edges & corners. DirtDetect sees even the hidden debris and automatically increases suction and cleaning passes to remove the mess on carpets and hardfloors. Now with NeverStuck technology, this robot will navigate around obstacles AND lift itself up and over thresholds and onto thick carpets. Not only can the robot deep clean, but you also do not have to worry about it getting stuck. Detect Pro finishes the cleaning mission every time and with each clean will empty itself into its bagless base that contains a HEPA Anti-Allergen Seal trapping dust & allergens inside. The odor neutralizer technology will also ensure the odor is trapped in the base for a fresher smelling home and making it the ultimate end to end solution for pet hair pick up.
3 DEEP-CLEANING TECHNOLOGIES: Three powerful cleaning technologies detect and react to hidden dirt, different floor types, and edges for up to better debris pickup*. (*vs. Shark RV900S)
WON’T GET STUCK FOR UP TO 50% MORE COVERAGE*: NeverStuck Technology ensures you don’t have to babysit your robot. It lifts & lowers to maneuver over obstacles, cross thresholds, and easily avoid getting stuck (*vs. Based on internal stuck protocol vs. Shark RV750).
SENSES THE DIRT YOU CAN’T SEE: DirtDetect Technology senses hidden debris and automatically boosts suction.
CLEANS EDGES AND CORNERS: Detect Pro does not miss a cleaning detail with Edgedetect. It uses blasts of air to pull debris out from corners and edges into its cleaning path delivering 50% better edge cleaning* (*vs. RV2600 with EdgeDetect turned off)
HEPA FILTRATION AND ODOR NEUTRALIZER: Captures and traps 99.97%* of dust and allergens in the base (*down to .3 microns) keeping it out of the air you breathe. And with Odor Neutralizer technology, the base traps bad odors for a fresher smelling home**. (**vs. RV2820AE without Odor Neutralizer technology)
HOLDS 60 DAYS’ WORTH OF DUST & DEBRIS: Automatically empties into the bagless base after each clean.
CONTROLS YOUR PET HAIR PROBLEMS: Powerful suction and self-cleaning brushroll are engineered to pick up more pet hair. After each cleaning the robot traps pet hair in the base with an Anti-Allergen Seal and neutralizes the odor.
PRECISION HOME MAPPING: 360° LiDAR vision quickly and accurately maps your home so your robot can methodically clean detecting and avoiding objects in its path, day or night, adapting to everyday changes in the home.
SET SCHEDULES, CLEAN ON DEMAND, TARGET CLEAN: Let the robot do the cleaning with your cleaning preferences via map editing, targeting spots, setting no go zones, and more.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: (1) Detect Pro Robot, (1) XL Self-Empty Base, (1) Odor Puck, (2) Side Brushes.

    Works like a shark!
I’ll keep the review short, most write way too much.Purchased the product on a Black Friday sale, $350 not bad. Had it for a little over a month now. Set up was a breeze, the app was easy (not sure why some had problems). Works fantastic on my hardwood floors (I’ve tried the roombas which work well but ours bit the dust). I don’t recommend them on carpets, they do alright since we have our old roomba upstairs. These don’t replace a vacuum for carpet.Nowhere near as loud as the roombas we had. Love the air freshener when it empty’s out. Picks up the dust, dirt and hair quick, 2 dogs and 2 cats, they shed. Makes for mopping or using the swiffer wet jet easier. The speed is typical, about 20-30 minutes.Overall, very impressed and highly recommend this brand!

    Amazing and worth every penny
Extremely hassle free and efficient compared to first generation Eufy. On first start, this robot maps every millimeter of your home with LIDAR lasers. This allows it to NEVER gets stuck. It automatically returns to dock when it’s full.Cons: The suction on the dock is as a loud as a regular vacuum when the bot empties its bin but only lasts 5 seconds.Overall, this is a truly hassle free robot vacuum that WORKS just like the vacuum bots from The Fifth Element.

    Its actually works.
After returning a few roombas over the years, I gave up on robot vacs, but this one works! The setup was a breeze. It doesnt ram into half my furniture, and its amazingly quiet. It doesn’t seem to have the suction power that roombas do, and the app could use a few more features. But I scheduled this to run a few times a week and its really all I need. Which is to not worry about vacuuming. Also – bagless!

    Not perfect but great!
I’ve owned several vacuum robots over the past two decades – one Roomba and three Eufys. I’ve seen the evolution of tech from random bounces to Wi-Fi linked apps and now I’ve purchased this self-emptying unit that maps my house.I’ve got two Eufys that work perfectly well – one upstairs, one downstairs – but they have one flaw: between two long-haired humans and two dogs, the hair wrap is insane. Like, I’ve got to clean the beater brushes every 2-3 runs at most (as the brushes age, it has to be done almost every run). Also, the dust bins have almost no room to spare when it’s finished, even if run daily – apparently my house is filthy. Ew.I purchased a Shark upright with no-wrap tech in 2021 and it has rarely had anything wrapped, and never more than a few strands. I finally gave in and purchased the robot version with fingers crossed the specialized beater brush works as well as it does on the upright. So far I’ve run it three times and here’s my impression:- app setup wasn’t 100% intuitive and I had a bit of trouble connecting it to my Wi-Fi but it wasn’t too difficult overall.- the “no wrap” is equal to the upright version. I have pulled one exceptionally long string out. It’s otherwise pristine! This right here is enough for me to save to purchase a second, to replace my other Eufy. Skipping cleaning hair wrap is a dream.- it is not shy about figuring out what furniture it can fit under and it hasn’t gotten stuck yet, even where my other bots have regularly gotten hung up. I have all of my cords out of the floor so I can’t speak to it’s intelligence there, but it climbs over furniture support bars with about as much grace as a robot can muster.- the self-empty feature is super convenient and the robot has emptied itself mid-run each time I’ve run it (about 600sqft, mostly carpet). I’m not worried about it losing suction or overfilling/erroring out.- the self-empty function didn’t quite fully empty the dirt cup on the robot when I checked but it was pretty close. I will keep an eye on this to see if it progresses to be worse (or if it improves!).- the dust cup on the dock makes it super easy to view debris level that has been emptied. I seriously doubt it will be anywhere close to the 45 days advertised to fill (in fact, I will be surprised if it makes it more than 15 runs).- the self-empty function is super loud and the robot itself is louder than I expected. Neither are going to wake your neighbors but if you’re easily startled or a light sleeper, I would be mindful about when you choose to run it. I’m used to running robots at night after we go to bed but this one is definitely daytime only.- the boundary strips work well- no issues with the staircase- the mapping function seems competent but it’s not something I really care for. The integrated camera for mapping isn’t something I am super comfortable with.Overall, this is pricey but if it continues to function as it has so far, I will be very pleased with my investment. I did purchase the Asurion insurance in case this has issues down the line since it seems like there are a lot of parts that could break and render it useless.

    Helpful little guy
Getting him hooked up to internet was a feat, but I figured it out in the end. I knocked a star off for that circus alone. Also because I was under the impression a bot boundary was supposed to come with it and I didn’t get it, but I’m not 100% sure about that so I’m trying not to let it impact the score overmuch. The vacuum itself is amazing. It is a robot vacuum, so obviously it isn’t going to be polishing the silver or anything like that, but it gets the worst of the accumulated dust and dirt and pet hair off the floor, and I’ve noticed a HUGE improvement myself. It’s getting better results than I did with my daily sweep, and all while I chill on the couch after work and write this review. Exactly what I was hoping for.Yes, you will still need to take care of your floors yourself, especially if you have something other than hardwood and low pile rugs, but a weekly mop or vacuum with a focus on corners and edges is still league’s better than a daily chore. I’ve only had to cut a small piece of tangled hair off its roller once, after the first couple runs, and considering how much I shed I’m impressed. The only thing left is longevity I think, but I can’t speak to that right now.I’m happy! If you’re expecting a totally effortless tool then you probably won’t be, but if you just want to relieve a bit of the burden and offload the more tedious aspects of the job, I think you’ll like this little guy.UPDATETook a star off because I’ve started having connectivity issues. Took a couple days to get it communicating again the first time, only to have it go back down about five minutes later. Still down now after a night. Nothing else on the network is having trouble, and the options to try to reconnect him to the internet are…lackluster. To say the least. He’s still a good little vacuum, but efficiency does drop a bit without his access to the mapping feature and you do have to babysit a bit more. Still like the vacuum, but exasperated over this problem. Will see how it goes.Edit 3:Well, the connectivity issues returned almost immediately, but I’ve been using it ever since as best I can. Dropped the rating all the way to one star for it and the lack of company support and responsiveness. This guy will NOT stay connected to the internet, and its such an ordeal getting it connected again that I eventually just gave up entirely. Since that’s a primary selling point for the robot, I feel it’s worth the criticism. The biggest issue is it is VERY unreliable without that internet connection. It was good with it, but without you’ll end up with it cleaning the exact same tiny area for thirty minutes over and over and over again and by the time it’s done with its whole run there’s still particles on the ground in the spot it was obsessively cleaning and it forgot a whole room. It also likes to fight fans and light stands and anything with a base it can try and climb, and even when you go pull it away and set it loose in the opposite direction it will turn right around and go right back and get stuck again almost immediately. I used to be patient with it, but it really gets on your nerves after awhile. They sell that guard tape stuff separately, but it needs to come included. The slamming and ramming itself into things is really bad. Things get stuck absolutely everywhere on it, too. Not just the roller, but the wheel wells are a big problem. I spend more time doing surgery on it than it spends cleaning, and I do make sure to go around and get big stuff off the ground before turning it on.I still use it because I kind of feel like I have to since I bought it, but it’s rapidly not becoming worth it.

It is the best thing I bought in years. It’s quieter.than I expected and works as it should. The only negative thing is that I wish I had bought it years ago. I have 4 dogs and it gets the hairs and dirt no problem. My house is dog hair free with this on every day. Love it.

Haven’t had for very long so don’t know how long it will last… I have a back injury thanks to a drunk driver and vacuuming hurts. Got this so that my floors get vacuumed and I feel no pain. I have hardwood floors and it keeps things clean. Sometimes it misses stuff in a corner or too close to the wall but I’m loving it. It does seem to have an issue with getting plugged when it is dumping in it’s dock but it’s not a big deal to pull out the larger pieces causing the issue. I live on a farm and have a wood cook stove and it’s keeping up with the dust/mess that involves. I can’t get the remote part to work but think that’s a MY PHONE issue and not it’s problem. I recommend it.
