I am so impressed!!
“Rhonda,” my new Shark robot vacuum has far exceeded my expectations! I’ve scheduled her to work for 60 minutes on “Max” two times a week. And that’s what she does w/out fail. On “Max” she uses more battery so in the course of her routine she not only goes back to her dock to empty her “collection” herself, but also to get a quick charge. Unlike Rosie my Roomba, she doesn’t vacuum randomly. She mapped the house at set up and goes back and forth in those areas in a more uniformed efficient manner. She has a little light that helps detect extra debri, so she will give that more effort. She has a little blower that gives a puff of air to corners and edges to get debri out into her path, and then her little spinning brush helps her get it into her “mouth.” Haha! She even on occasion finds her way up onto my large shag area rug in living room, which is an unexpected bonus! She does give odd little elevations several attempts. The days of moving furniture, in my case sofa and beds to vacuum are gone! Visalia having so much agriculture, and also living on a very busy street makes for a very, very dusty area. Dust “bunnies” are more like dust “monsters” here! Dust is a constant! And now we have Rhonda and she really loves hunting down the “dust monsters” they’re her main meal! The Preach (my dog) and I really enjoy watching her at work, we believe she has real personality! She has proven to be a great addition to our family! I bought her professionally “Refurbished” thru Amazon for $250.00. She works on carpet as well as hard floors, just not high pile like shag. I’m now VERY curious about the dual purpose one like her. It mops as well!! Oh my goodness what is this world coming to? Next, she will vacuum, mop and bring me coffee!! (This is not a paid endorsement by Shark or Amazon)

Amazing Robot! Should have bought years ago!
I knew nothing about these robots when my kids bought me one for Christmas. As I started doing some online research to program it, I finally realized that the model I had did not have some features I’d read about, like programming it to name rooms and set “no go” zones, thus being able to clean only areas I wanted to clean. So I found this model which does all that, also has the laser feature to better create an accurate map of your home. So I ordered this one refurbished and added a extended warranty, which was about the same cost as the first model that I returned.I’m SO glad I did, as I LOVE this robot vacuum! It’s so smart, so fast and does an amazing job! Only thing I have to do is occasionally sweep out a corner or area that it can’t get to. I love how it goes back home to empty itself or recharge before going out to finish the job. The app on my phone keeps me informed, alerts if it’s gotten stuck anywhere or something jammed, so I can go fix it. Once it got stuck and I had no idea where it was, so I used the “find” feature and it made a ringing sound that I could eventually follow to under my bed! How cool is that??? You won’t regret buying this robot. I’m 75 and have health problems and vacuuming the entire house was a real ordeal for me. Now I can sit on my couch, watch TV, talk on the phone, etc. while I vacuum the house! Nice!

Almost perfect…
We love it. Does a great job of keeping the hardwood and tile floor clean. We still have to use the big vacuum once in a while to get the carpet really clean – but for daily cleaning it is fine.About 85% of the time, it worked flawlessly. It does get stuck in the closet, under the dresser, and in the laundry room.

circle vac. does not empty. just junks up and keeps packing dirt
fills up the little vac. without emptying. so much over filling that it does not empty when it goes to the docking station. waste of time having to open and pick out the stuff then reset. took 6 tries to get it to map the house. but not self emptying when full was the biggest problem. waste of money. and amazon does not help with returns. just loops you around and around saying contact amazon. amazon said contact seller. then they walk you through it then it says contact amazon.. and around and around you go… STAY AWAY from both AMAZON AND THIS ITEM
