Great Greatest
This is my 3rd Robo Vacuum. Definitely the best. Quietest and is self emptying after each use. Doesnât get stuck very often and was a great value. I have a large shedding dog and it really cleans well. I run it sometimes 3-4 x per week. Highly recommend this one.

This robot vacuum picks up everything!!! I have 3 dogs: 2 mini dachshunds and 1 mix healer type. My robot does a GREAT job. She empties herself and recharges herself and finishes my house.I donât know why I waited so long to buy a SHARK robot!

Still deciding on this one
Iâve never had one of these and I tried to get a good brand for a low price which this one was refurbished. But it did not come with an owners manual and when I did the QR code to try and get a manual, it did not show me that model number. So I just pushed the button for clean. I have not tried to program it. I am elderly and I canât go through all that hassle with programing so I will just do it the old-fashioned way..push the button for clean. It seems to be working OK, but it does a weird cleaning pattern sometimes. I will decide before the return window closes, but it does pick up quite well. I was impressed.

Cleans well, but scrapes the floors
We were pleased with the price of this refurbished model vs. buying brand new. All of the parts came with the vacuum and it was clean, with no scratches. It is louder than expected when it’s moving around the floor, with a clicking sound as it rolls, even when it’s not actively vacuuming. This may be normal for this model, but we have had other Shark vacuums and haven’t heard this particular sound before.It did take a few tries to get an accurate map, which isn’t unheard of, and is now navigating smoothly.Update: 6 months laterOriginally 4 stars, now 2It still cleans decently.However:The clicking sound has continued.It frequently clogs with hair, despite cleaning it every other week or so.My biggest issue is that it has a metal bar/guide of sorts on the bottom. When it moves around, the bar scrapes my stone and vinyl floors. It sounds bad and leaves marks.

Upgraded to this Shark from an older model. Quality product. Weâre not typically brand-particular, but Iâll only purchase shark vacuums. Weâve been exclusive with them for several years and will never go back.
