Have to use app with password everytime you want to use
you can not use this vacuum without an app. that means you have to type in password that you already forgot everytime for use. there are no switches on the unit everything goes thru their stupid app. do not buy unless you like resetting your password everytime you wish to vacuum.

Works very well down to one pet week.It does a great job even with pet hair. The first time it got clogged from to much hair but I set it to run every morning at three am and that problem was solved.It has never tangled Hair in the roller and I just clean and empty it daily because of the amount of shedding my dogs do.I trained it the first day and it hadn’t missed a beat out is pretty intelligent and it saves a lot of time.The noise level is fairly quiet when running, however it sounds about like a regular vacuum when emptying the unit into its base but overall not bad.It has more than sufficient battery life for my needs and even though I empty daily I could probably go a week due to the amount of shedding my pets do.It has the capacity to hold up to 30 days dirt and dust, however if you have pets you may need to empty more frequently, that shredded hair takes up a lot of space.Definitely would recommend and purchase this unit again.

Pretty noisy and is like a demolition Derby event in travel
Hard to pair even in 4.2 g. It crashes into things that I thought it should avoid as avertized. It does a pretty decent job of cleaning floors.

I have had a few of these robot vacuums. This one is the best so far. Does a nice job on the hard floors, does not get stuck, and has great run time. The app is easy to use and understand. No complaints about this one…
