Stops working without issue
I mostly really like this product, but the longer I have it, the more it just stops “claiming” the front bumper is stuck. But it will do so in the middle of hard flooring without anything around it. It’s likely because it was refurbished, but still… Take care to buy refurbished vacuums, note even the slightest issues, and return them before it’s too late. It’s my fault, kind of, that I didn’t think the problem was going to get worse, though it did, and by the time I got around to checking the warranty and return policy, I was literally four days too late. Maybe I should have gotten the extended warranty/protection plan if that was available. Still a downer though that I have to babysit the darn thing that usually will stop twice, needing to be reset, in a 33′ travel trailer that doesn’t have a lot of square-footage/floor space.

This does an excellent job. I feel like a push button queen. My tile shines.

Well, It’s Just OK: Updated
See update at the end.Likes; It mops (#1). Ability to Schedule daily cleanings. Mapping feature. It cleans carpets really well.Dislikes: Too tall to go under some furniture.No ability to cancel scheduled cleaning sequence once it starts.Can program for only one floor. Difficult to program/reprogram areas to avoid when mopping. Inability to reselect rooms to clean/not clean once a scheduled cleaning starts. Uses lot of cleaning fluid when mopping, even in Eco mode. Mopping does not appear to detect nor remove stains.Update: the original unit died, and many of the functional problems with it. Shark voluntarily sent a new (updated model) after my third call to the support desk. The new unit performs as advertised!Wow! Iâm now a fan of Shark.

Good product
I switched to this from a vacuum-only Shark robot.My only complaint is that this one has a smaller container for the vacuum, which means I have to empty it more often. But that makes sense since this also mops!The mopping is actually really good! I have dark wood and cheap vinyl, and both look great after a run (water only.)This is my second refurbished Shark robot, and itâs basically brand new, just like the last one. If you have concerns about that, you shouldnât.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER
We received a faulty robot that constantly gave error messages during use. I had to call Shark Support and eventually they decided just to replace it. Found out it was activated in Jan (even though I purchased it in July). So it might have even been a used one! DO NOT RECOMMEND! If anything, find a well reviewed seller on Amazon, or even better, just purchase via the Shark website.

It only works on 2.5 ghz internet network
It did not work well for what we needed. Because it only works on a 2.5 ghz internet I don’t think it was working properly on our 5 ghz network. The battery life was not enough to clean our 1800 sf home not even once. The mop with agitation works really good on laminate and the suction was really good

More work than it’s worth
I had trouble mapping our place. After the third time finally got it done. Now half the time I send it somewhere it just turns around and comes back to the dock before it even starts cleaning. The app isn’t very easy to use–I still haven’t figured out how to do spot cleaning with the mop function working. In the end it simply does not clean well enough to make it worth all the expense and frustration. Would definitely not recommend.
