Best Purchase Ever
I like everything about this product! Nothing is wrong with it. Iâm picky too, and wanted the usual name brand that everyone spends for, but I read the reviews and decided to save $ and get this instead. Itâs been durable, effective and an all around great purchase. It picks up dog hair, gravel that people track in from the driveway, lint on rugs â in other words, everything it needs to. Itâs easy, no special settings needed because it vacuums floors and rugs when on just the rug setting. Itâs plastic not metal, so naturally I had reservations as to whether it would hold up but itâs a year later and there are no problems. I still have my old Shark Professional upright plug in that I use in the garage and shop, so I knew this brand is durable. Of course I love that itâs cordless and lightweight and I would buy again. The only thing I didnât like and itâs no biggie, is that the little tiny wheels at the edges of the end piece get a little stuff snarled around them, so I use tweezers to clear that out, and it doesnât all come off but so what, that doesnât affect the function of the vacuum at all. I got the model with the yellow plastic strips in the roller thinking that they would be easier to clean and that has been true, nothing adheres to them. The vacuum motor is strong, it has good suction and the battery lasts exactly as long as it was supposed to before recharging. Best thing I ever did for myself!

Excellent product
I have been using this for quite some time with reliability, reach, gets under beds and other areas bc it bends mid way through the stick handle. There is too much good to say about this product. It is easy to remove the stick handle and use attachments with base to clean stairs or other areas. It is easy to get under furniture, baseboards etc. Great product.

Game Changer at my House
This little vacuum is a game changer at my house. Following a rotator cuff injury in my right shoulder, vacuuming with what I believe is the heaviest vacuum in the world had become really painful. My daughter has a cordless Shark, and she recommended it. I’ve always had good luck with refurbs, and I’m not particularly wealthy, so this was what I chose. Turns out I chose wisely. This little guy stayed with me for about 40 minutes before it started to flag, and I put it through its paces. It vacuumed three large rooms, and was picking up stuff I couldn’t even see on the floors and in the rugs. The small canister has to be emptied rather frequently, but it’s no big deal because everything is so easy to use and so lightweight. I had it going from rugs to bare floor, going around and under furniture, and edging through the hallway and under kitchen cabinets. Before it was done, it was used out on our carpeted patio to suck up grass clippings from a looped outdoor rug, and it performed that dreaded task beautifully. I put on the attachments and did a set of carpeted stairs and all of the living room upholstery. It arrived ahead of schedule, took a few hours to charge, and I was off and running without having to read an instruction manual to use it. I’m never looking back. I think I’m a Shark convert.

High power works great!
It’s vacuum works great. Better than my dyson that I replaced lots of power as a trigger for bonus power or max power. I guess they call it and it really does suck up long hairs and threads and everything and cuts them so you never have to go down there to the beater brush and remove hair again. It shreds it all up and cuts it all up and never winds up around the beater brush. Why didn’t they think it is sooner? It’s awesome. I had to spend so much time. Always cleaning long hair out of my dice and beater brush. It was a pain in the ass and the Dyson costs a lot more too.

From day one I have not been very happy with this vacuum , it doesnât have much suction power at all. I love the style and having no cord but other than that itâs a piece of crap , it was expensive and Iâve lost my money on this cheap working vacuum

Convenient cleaning tool
I got this for convenience cleaning because I vacuum daily with two dogs. Keeps a charge for quite a while easy to bend and get under low areas. Iâve had a little shark in the past, and this one is not as light weight is the last, & it vacuums just as loud as a regular vacuum. But it makes the job easier & quicker. Good suction with lots of power.

Smart design, good suction, easy to use!
Loved this Shark so much I ordered another! The suction is great, the roller bar is cleverly designed to not wind up hair and threads around it, the detachable hand vacuum is clever, works well and is easy to use. It is a powerhouse for a little vacuum. My only criticism is that it is kind of heavy. It is fine for me, but could be cumbersome for an older person.
