Somewhat disappointing
I like that this product is smaller than a regular vacuum which is why I purchased it and will store better in my available space. I was disappointed in it being too top heavy, thus, a bit unwieldy, tips over easily. This weight is then significant and makes it more difficult when using it as a hand vacuum. Also, it seems to be excessively loud. Its power is adequate and is easy to maneuver. Although I typically am pleased with Shark products, this one did not quite measure up to my expectations. I will not return it only because I will use it in addition to the built in vacuum in our recreational vehicle. I did research corded light weight vacuums and several Shark Rockets were recommended by Consumer Reports, so I did not purchase this blindly. Ultra-light may be a misnomer.

Great vacuum
Very low profile easy to get under furniture. Also pops apart fast if you canât use the head and just need the pole. Very light and durable. Have a cleaning company and this has been the best vacuum I have used. Have bought 4 and use them everyday several times a day and only issue after 2 years is the plastic hose in the head which they donât sell separately because they want you to buy a new head which is almost same to re purchase this unit. I always find this one for $99-130! Recommend buying xtra filter pack 6 filters for $12. So while ones drying you have 5 more to go and change frequently once a week. All other shark brands are heavier and more awkward on the wrist and ware your hands out. Happy cleaning!

The best value you’ll find
Let me start out by saying that I clean vacation homes for a living and my clients have all the vacuums, (Dyson, shark, Bissell, all the big brands) and this one is by far one of the best I’ve used. Its lightweight, easy to empty, and has great suction. The settings for the rug beater makes it so easy to move from one surface to another without having to even pause and it doesn’t try to eat area rugs the way a lot of vacuums do. The cord is extra long as well, I have the ability to clean a 2 flight staircase without unplugging and relocate a power source. This will be one of the best vacuums you buy.

Good vac
Picks up great. Very awkward dumping out the canister. Wonât stand up on its own.

Great buy
I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished vacuum. But i went ahead and clicked buy..I am shockingly pleased. First of all, i have only had it a few days but have used it several times. I canât give feedback for long term use yet but will edit this post if i have any issues.First a foremost, the vacuum looks brand new. Not a scratch, dent, nothing visually wrong with it.I have ceramic tile and bedrooms that are carpet. This thing works like new on both types of flooring. It gets dust, hair and anything else.I do have to empty the canister, probably every other use but i have no issues with that especially since I figured my carpets were pretty bad due to my other vacuum not working right for a good while. Personally, i like the fact of KNOWING that the vacuum is getting all that dust and itâs filling up the canister like it should after not having a good vacuum in a while.Overall, and so far. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy again in the future if needed.

Vacuum cleaner
This a nice light weight vacuum and does the job well, comes apart and puts together very easily and can be taken in car with no problem. I have had many vacuums over the years and this is my favorite.
