The PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro robot vacuum and mop system is designed to capture more, reach farther, and need you less (vs. Shark Matrix 2-in-1). Its five powerful cleaning technologies help to target hidden debris, stuck-on stains, edges and to optimize cleaning for every floor type, handling the toughest cleaning challenges. Whether vacuuming or mopping, the PowerDetect robot does the dirty work, so you don’t have to. It deep-cleans and mops your floors, while the NeverTouch Pro base means you don’t have to worry about cleanup or maintenance for weeks at a time. After every cleaning run, the robot will return to the base to empty debris, refill the water tank, and wash and dry the mopping pad so it’s always ready for its next clean— maintenance-free cleaning for up to a month. With NeverStuck Technology, the robot lifts itself over obstacles and across thresholds to avoid getting stuck. When mopping, it keeps the pad above carpets to prevent wet messes and deliver whole-home coverage. While the robot handles your cleaning chores for you, the bagless base with HEPA Anti-Allergen Complete Seal captures and traps 99.97% of dust and allergens (down to .3 microns, allergens refers to non-living matter). The base traps dust & allergens and keeps them inside, out of the air you breathe, while Odor Neutralizer Technology guards against bad odors in the base for a fresher smelling home.
UP TO A MONTH OF HANDS-FREE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: The robot automatically empties debris into the 60-day-capacity bin, automatically refills its own water tank for up to 30 days, and washes and dries the mopping pad after every clean.
5 INTELLIGENT POWERDETECT CLEANING TECHNOLOGIES: Five powerful cleaning technologies help to target hidden debris, stuck-on stains, edges and to optimize cleaning for every floor type, handling the toughest cleaning challenges.
UP TO 2X BETTER CLEANING COVERAGE*: With NeverStuck Technology, the robot lifts itself over obstacles and across thresholds. When mopping, it keeps the pad above carpets to prevent wet messes and deliver whole-home coverage. (*vs. Shark ION).
CLEANS HIDDEN DIRT AND STUCK-ON STAINS: DirtDetect identifies areas with more debris then boosts vacuuming performance. Use StainDetect to target areas with more stains and the robot will boost mopping performance by taking multiple cleaning passes.
ADVANCED EDGE CLEANING: No cleaning details missed—when vacuuming, EdgeDetect blasts air to push debris from edges into the robot’s cleaning path. While mopping, it extends the pad up to an inch for edge-to-edge mop cleaning.
CUTTING-EDGE NAVIGATION TECHNOLOGY: The advanced 3D sensor and 360° LiDAR work together so the robot can detect and avoid obstacles and furniture, adapting to everyday changes while diligently cleaning your home.
SET SCHEDULES, CLEAN ON DEMAND, TARGET CLEAN: Let the robot do the cleaning, and tell it exactly how you want the job done. Target specific spots for extra cleaning, set up no-go zones, create a map of your home, schedule cleanings, and more.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: PowerDetect Robot, NeverTouch Pro Base, 2 Odor Neutralizer Technology Cartridges, 3 Mopping Pads, 2 Side Brushes, 12 oz. bottle of Shark Multi-Surface Cleaner.
Customers say
Customers find that the robotic vacuum cleaner works well and keeps their floors clean. They appreciate its ability to sweep and mop the whole house, with a clean water reservoir that you just need to fill. The app is easy to use and set up, and it picks up pet hair. However, some customers disagree on its value for money, noise level, and mapping feature.

Clean floors at last!
I have tried multiple robots with mopping features and without mopping features. We have 3 dogs, 2 of those dogs are big dogs (one is a Rottie) that shed and track in dirt from outside. I have been extremely frustrated with keeping the dirt, fur, and dust under control. THIS IS THE ANSWER!!!! Omgoodness!! I cannot get over how much BETTER this is than the Roomba I just bought this past May. Not only does it clean 100% better, but it also is soooooo much quieter. I donât even have to adjust the volume on the TV while itâs running. If you have pets and donât want to mop your floors every day, this will make your life A LOT easier!!!! The only downside is that itâs bagless, but since I donât have to buy bags, is it really that bad of a downside? My floors are finally clean!!! No more dog fur and muddy paw prints. It has no problems finding the base, the suction is very powerful, and the overall design is very thoughtful. Iâm thrilled with how well it works!Update: so, I learned that I have to run this twice a day to keep my floors clean. I also learned that itâs not very good at cleaning up larger (yet small) things like dog food kibble. Those things get stuck and make the worst noise imaginable. Still, itâs a solid machine because even the Roomba struggles with kibble. However, the Roomba doesnât make so much noise when the pieces get stuck. Itâs minor really, but annoying at the same time â especially when I runs twice a day every day.

Shark vacuum 2 in 1
My husband loves it !! very easy setup. Works wonderful, the cleaning abilities with low noise level, suction good, returns to charge. Love the design, don’t have to change the water ASAP. This was value for your money ( if you can catch a sale) Completely no touch, that part I love !!.Original box is 34 lbs ! You will enjoy , great Christmas present to yourself.

Great floor cleaner only one improvement neededâ¦
Our main level is all tile and about 2k sqft. The unit vacuums and mops daily and I can honestly say the floors look amazing and feel clean on your bare feet. It is expensive, but the time it frees up for me was worth it. Only drawback is the clean water tank is too small. I have to fill it every other day. But it takes 2-3 minutes so it isnât a huge hassle. But I would for sure love to see them upgrade it in the future.

Very happy with performance
This is our second robot vacuum and we are very happy with its performance. It is not as fast as our previous (Samsung) but does a far more thourogh job getting into all the nooks and crannies. The first time we hade it clean the whole house, it had to empty itself 3 times, so we knew the old one was not doing its job. The mapping technology is great, and I like being able to tell it to go clean or mop a given room or rooms.

So Much Better than Roomba!!!!! Quiet!!
I was skeptical about this vacuum. How could a product that is 1/3 the cost of a Roomba be as good?I have a 2,700 sq ft hours but only use the robot for the main areas. I keep the bedrooms closed as a housekeeper takes care of vacuuming those every two weeks. Most of my house is tile floors and I have three small dogs that shed very little.I’ve owned a Roomba 960 for about 5 years and was constantly frustrated with it. It got stuck regularly and almost never completed a full cycle. Additionally, we would often turn it off because the noise was so obnoxious. We couldn’t run it at night because of the noise and I work from home on regular Zoom calls so I couldn’t run it during the day either so the only time available was to run it in the evenings and the noise was too much to deal with while trying to watch TV or even have a conversation. Finally, I had to replace the battery about 4 times and the aftermarket batteries don’t work well and the Roomba batteries are seriously expensive.So….when I saw this Shark, I was skeptical of the price and quality. BUT I WAS WRONG!! THIS IS AN AMAZING PRODUCT!. It is very quiet so I can run it during the day, evening or night with no problems. It rarely gets stuck and only stops when it gets a stick my dogs bring in from the back yard stuck in the roller. I’m OK with that! I now run it every day.The brushes run slower than a Roomba but there is logic to that as they do a great job of moving the debris into the path of the roller. The roller-brush (only one) is much narrower than a Roomba but because the brushes do such a good job of guiding the debris, that doesn’t seem to matter. The docking station with the automatic emptying processes works incredibly well. Once the Shark’s bin is full, it returns to the docking station and the vacuum (very strong) in the docking station sucks out the debris into a large cup that I only have to empty about once a week. It then goes right back to where it left off and continues its cycle. When the battery runs low, it returns to the docking station, empties the bin and charges. Once the Shark is recharged, it goes right back to where it left off again and continues the cycle. The mapping program seems to work very well and I love that the Shark uses a more logical vacuuming pattern compared to the Roomba.I honestly can’t think of any negatives. I would like to be able to just pause the Shark while I’m on a call instead of returning it to the station but that isn’t a big deal since its so quiet. If you are looking for a good robot vacuum and don’t want to shell out close to $1,000 for a similar Roomba, this is your product!

This has a long way to go.
Iâve done everything by the book with this product following every instruction and every troubleshooting tip, but am finally accepting its horrible at navigation. It runs over/gets stuck on everything no matter the size, it mops carpet in rooms it was never told to go to, it stops cleaning sessions early for no reason and says itâs complete even if it only did half of a room, it gets lost in spite of having a map, and at one point it even forgot its map all together. Iâve remapped, Iâve moved rugs off of floors, Iâve made keep-out zones, Iâve labeled rooms, Iâve kept the sensors clean, but itâs just horrible at what it does. My roomba i1 with no mapping and no lidar navigated better. And if it ever did get stuck on something, it would at least send my phone a notification. This shark just pauses and sits there until I eventually find it. I spent the extra money on this knowing I have dogs and the dogs have beds/toys, thinking this would avoid getting stuck on them, but it gets stuck on furniture that has never even moved at this point. The app lacks a lot of features, itâs extremely clunky and confusing, and itâs extremely buggy. This whole thing is just a frustrating waste of $600.
