Better than Bissell
Based off the reviews and hype surrounding the bissell little green (pet pro version) I ordered it hoping to clean a water-stained Facebook marketplace couch and stair runners that were dirty/stained when we moved into our place. After cleaning half the couch though I realized how much I disliked the bissell and ordered this instead. This machine fixes several of my complaints with the bissell and it managed to get every stain out (which the bissell did not).Pros to this over the bissell:1. It has much better attachments, including a wider head and scrub brush that makes cleaning large areas much more manageable.2. The brush heads come apart for easy cleaning (bissell does not)3. Brush heads include a rubber scrub side and a bristle side for different cleaning needs (rubber worked better on our couch, bristle worked great for the floors and getting stains out)4. Cleaning solution smells better, works better, and full size bottles were included5. Spray actually goes where you think it will unlike the bissell where it was predominantly on my floors rather than the couch6. Easy to set up and maneuver due to small size7. Much lighter to pick up and transportCons/ways bissell was better (or equal):1. The shark has a much smaller water tank due to its compact size so I had to refill it several times throughout the cleaning process whereas the bissell did not require frequent filling2. The bissell had a slightly better suction and required less force to be used to get water back up (I still felt I got plenty up with the shark however just noticed itâs not as powerful)3. Both have very small hoses and you have to pick up /move the machine regularly to reach what youâre trying to clean which can be a painFor the price, I am very happy with this purchase and definitely would recommend it if in search of a portable upholstery/carpet cleaner!

Cleaning one spot will make you clean the whole thing.
I bought this to clean up a pet mess on a rug. This rug pictured was at my back door where the dogs go out and come in. I knew it was dirty, but not this much (pictured). Once I cleaned up the mess with the Shark, it was such a huge difference, that Iâll need to clean the whole thing, and continue on to clean all the rugs in my house. I had completely forgot that this rug was silver in color.At first, I thought I was missing attachments. There is a crevice tool and a reversible brush (one side is a stiff bristle and the other side is a scrubber with rubber nubs) that isnât in the box. But when I removed the smaller attachment, I realized that the crevice tool is inside! And the brushes are already attached, just snap them off and the other type of brush is on the other side.Tip for best suction – donât use the wide attachment. I know it covers more ground, but the smaller one has waaay more. Making it more efficient in the long run. It was powerful enough to lift the corner of a thick, stiff rug. Iâve used other machine in the past, but none with this much power.Itâs a little big, but I like the large capacity for both cleaner and dirty water. I can go a lot further in cleaning session. I recommend the set that includes the full size cleaners. Trust me, youâll need them. But even the large size, I was surprised at how light it was. Itâs not heavy at all. Itâs easy to use. Quick start-up. I can use hot water. Iâve only had it a week, so I canât say anything about longevity. But it seems well built.

Well designed machine Strongly recommend
Dont be fooled by the small tanks. I’m washing my outdoor furniture with the medium tool (I do find no matter what machine you have, I also purchased a hand held specially selected brush, to work out the dirt real good) and this machine has a very pleasant smelling soap and the extraction works great. I dont add any water on my brush, I spray with the tool that comes with it, which I really like and I coat it pretty good. The formulas last a descent amount of time. I would not say this would wash any carpet, but it would be able to get stains and areas clean that you would do by hand. This machine has excellent suction, so I worked and worked to get the dirt and water out. The water carraige had a great deal of very dirty water, but the water level is low, so it doesn’t need much water to get well cleaned furniture. This patio set is about 7 years old, never washed it before and its really coming out nice. Old wear is not going to wash out but very clean, smells really nice. Now I can once again lounge outside on my beautiful furniture set and read a book. The machine itself, so easy to use and I love how each thing “clicks in” so I know it is all engaged nicely. Be sure to clean its little filter, so easy, and the rinse and go is amazing. The soap and water unit, again, lift and fill, slide back in place. It is a pretty lightweight thing and I like that it stays stationary as I use the hose and tool. It does not tip or easily slide around, which is an asset for sure. It is an excellent investment.

Llevaba un rato buscando algo asi especialmente para el coche y por fin me anime, la verdad es que funciona excelente, es super portable y es facil de limpiar, absorbe con honores pero creo que la parte de la limpieza es subjetiva ya que depende de cada quien como quiera tratar sus manchas, habra algunas mas dificiles que si sabes como tratarlas este aparato las va a absorber rapidisimo, si no haces nada y esperas que la mancha se vaya solo por pasara esta herramienta, probablemente no lo haga y te sientas decepcionado.

They sent a US product that doesnât work in Saudi.. and they didnât even specify at all anywhere that this is 110v.And to make matters worse there isnât an option to retune this!!

They are selling this product for $600 and they are sending you a US device to Australia. When you can buy one in Australia for $199 that is actually an Australian product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!
