Missing attachments and wrong attachments
I bought my first Shark pro a while back and this is my second one because I liked it so much, I used it for several years until it broke. I feel like I got my money’s worth enough to buy a second one. However, this time I only received one attachment, and it doesn’t even fit the Shark model I bought. I’m not returning it because I have my old Shark attachments that fit it perfectly and I can continue to use those, but I think you should know that your quality out-the-door is failing. Therefore, what would have been a five-star rating is a three-star rating.

Efficient!
I didnât even realize I was buying a refurbished vacuum, but it works great! I really only need the one attachment. Vacuumed my entire house in about 15 minutes because it was so easy to use! Lightweight; great suction; battery life seems decent for what I need. I do wish the âXLâ disposal was a little bigger but itâs ok. Charged back to 100% pretty quickly, with nice bars to show progress. Overall, best vacuum Iâve ever used!

I liked the ability to go under furniture
I liked the mutilple options for handheld or not
Overall the suction was fine if i needed to do a quick clean on tile. Definitely not for carpet but for very low rugs it was okay. Anything bigger than dirt like a leaf would clog it. If I had a clean house where it was always clean I would use this, but for my house with kids and animals I still need to sweep after.
If you canât afford a Dyson itâs a decent option, but really for me it just left me wanting a Dyson.
