Nice vacuum that is not heavy yet is of solid weight. It is not cheaply made. If you have difficulty with pushing., no worries here as this vacuum selfpropels. I love love love It!!

Good replacement for my old Navigator
I have a 10+ year old Navigator, and I specifically bought this newer version of the Navigator because I like the old design so much. I still have the old version but it got very dirty and abused during some house renovations vacuuming up plaster dust and debris and I have relegated it to the garage, where it will likely live out the rest of my life vacuuming up tire dirt and stray leaves that blow in. THE NEW VERSION is well designed, and is fairly similar to the old version. The only slight complaint I have is that the new one has a plastic feel too it. I suspect its not going to last as long as the old version. That said, its a very light vacuum and the new detachable handle with or without the extension rod will come in handy, the old version of this was never that great. I was disappointed that the cord is a little shorter than I would like, but this was somewhat an issue with the old one as well, though the old cord is slightly longer. I think the swivel technology has improved over the old version which is surprising as even the old one swivels very well. This was the number one reason I bought a new Navigator. The new one swivels so easily that I can vacuum around a corner with ease. The vacuum head is also a little smaller, but the brushes are more powerful, so I think its at least 50% easier to vacuum the living room and get around table legs. It came in the box slightly dis-sembled, but it was so logical and easy to put it together I didn’t even look at the instructions.

Best Vacuum for Price, Very Durable
Excellent vacuum! We have children and pets and most vacuums last only 2-3 years with the amount of use at our house. This one lasted 6 full years.It is lightweight and easy to clean. Power and suction handled pet hair without any issues.The hose finally broke today and Iâve already ordered my new Shark. Highly recommend this product!

POWERFUL & LIGHTWEIGHT!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this vacuum cleaner!My old vacuum finally died and the first time I used this I was amazed at what it picked up. I have 50/50 split in my house of hardwood and carpeting. It worked beautifully on both.The first time I used it on my carpets, I had to stop and empty the dust cup for each room! No, it’s not that the dust cup is small — it actually holds as much if not more than the bags of my previous vacuum — it’s just that it sucked up SO much more than the old one missed.Now that I’ve used it multiple times I don’t have to empty the dust cup nearly as much.I do have two dogs and need a good vacuum. So VERY pleased with this. Easy to assemble (a few clicks here and there), SO easy to maneuver, lightweight and responsive to touch, and powerful! A+++++

Not great
Easy to assemble, lightweight are the best part of the vacuum. Replacing a Dyson so big shoes to fill. Basics, cable 8 feet shorter than Dyson, all brush roller bar collects hair and needs to be brushed out – short hair cats only but still collects on bar. Old vacuum had combination solid beater and brushes on roller – this vacuum has two settings, bare floor and carpet. Instructions say to lessen suction to make vacuuming carpets easier which is ridiculous. I suspect itâs because the motor will likely have a shortened life if full suction used on carpet. I gave low nape carpet and the motor seems to struggle – whole vacuum seems to be made of cheap components and every time I vacuum I smell the rubber belt. I personally wouldnât recommend this at the price I paid – this vacuum will last maybe three years and thatâs about $65 a year.My old vacuum lasted 12 years and that while more expensive worked out to $20 a year over time. The three stars was a bit generous.

I had back surgery 9 years ago and the only vacuum I can use is the shark light weight, I have been able to keep my residential cleaning business. Without this vacuum I wouldn’t be able to work in this field
