Great performance and design
We have several dogs that shed A LOT, and stained concrete flooring. This is the best vacuum you’ve ever had for picking up find dust and dog hair without a good amount of debris flying out the back of the roller. The smaller roller in front of the main ruler does a really good job of picking everything up and tossing it into the main roller preventing anything from escaping. The capacity is fantastic and suction power is constant whether the vacuum container is empty or packed full of dog hair. The modular lift away system is super handy for quickly cleaning up around the perimeters of the room and corners where are the majority of dust and hair tends to collect. The two roller design does such a fantastic job are floors look like they have been freshly buffed when we are finished vacuuming. Highly recommend.

Works great on pet hair
Doesnât seem to self propel like our last Shark did and we thought we bought the same one but it was a bit different. Great machine though and really does well picking up pet hair!

So far so good
We have bought shark vacuums for years but each one the hose breaks after 2 years. When you call shark about it they tell you a replacement is$100-$120 but since you are contacting them this time they will sell you one for $65. Even with this kind of issue we choose to try one more time.Like the title says, so far so good. It does a great job like shark always has for stucking up dirt and pet hair (we have 3 big dogs). Easy to empty and use. Suction is great. So we give it 4 stars, would give 5 but not sure how long the hose will last. The houses should actually last at least 5 years, not deteriorate in 2 years time likes it’s say in the sun for years. But I do think it’s the suction is better than dyson (I have owned 2, one for upstairs and one for downstairs). We don’t use then every day or even every other day. Sharks are a great value also, compared to Dyson.

Great for pets
Strong suction. Like the fins instead of brush on the roller. Swivel effect gets into tight spots . Perfect for suction of pet hair. Great for carpet and raises for floors. Just wish wand extended further. Highly recommend. Lightweight and sturdy. Comes with attachments. Filters wash easily

Not as good as my cheap Bisell pet vac
Not a very strong suction. Pet hair gathers on the bottom blocking the suction. I don’t have this problem with my Bissell Pet Vac. Not work the extra money
