SURE-FIRE WINNER!
I unpacked this vacuum, plugged it in and went to work on the living room rug. This, AFTER I vacuumed with my old Shark. The dust cup was full. I couldnât believe it! With two dogs in the house, this vac is a sure-fire winner!

great machine and excellent service
i bought this about a month ago. after watching a bazillion vacuum reviews, i knew this was the one i needed but when it was delivered some of the attachments were missing. i tried the vacuum out to make sure it did what it should and it honestly delivered better than my dyson and my kirby. it picked up almost every single dog hair it touched and every string torn from the dogs ropes without a single tangle around the rollers, not to mention half jar of chia seeds i spilled on the floor -_- you wouldn’t even know it happened!i contacted support to find out if i could get the missing parts and they worked with the distributor to get it all taken care of. they were kind and courteous despite my incessant (but polite) messaging and assured me it would be settled. sure enough, i got the parts after a couple of weeks and i cant wait to put everything to use this weekend to eliminate every single dog hair not attached to my dogs.

renewed products do not work
If I could give zero stars I would… do not spend your money on this type of refurbished vacuum cleaner… I only used it for 15 days and it no longer worked, they are useless, when I made the return, they only returned part of the money and kept the The product… was a scam because they keep the pieces and sell them again as renewed…

Great suction but no maneuverability
I was reading a lot of reviews before making a purchase and even though the suction is great this vacuum is so uncomfortable in use that I regretted buying it and had to return it. The rotating brush gets stuck on the rug, the hose has ZERO flexibility and tips the base over when pulled. There is no versatility in the use of the attachments because they are locked in position. Overall I do not recommend this vacuum if you are planning on vacuuming anything other than the floors.

Using this in a small salon for the mats and area rugs. Love the hose for corners, under areas and vents. Super powerful. Easy to maneuver. Light enough. Over all great purchase.

AHH-MAZ-INGGGG
So glad I took a chance on a “refurb”. Was apparently brand new…looked new, smelled new, clean filter. I have a collection of critters in a 1/3 carpet, 1/3 hard and 1/3 rugs house. This vacuum handles it all with amazing power and ease. My 10 yr old Shark died and I knew I wanted something designed to handle the solid surface floors. So far this has completely exceeded my expectations. Dust bin is easy to remove and clean. Handle/hose is easy to release. It pulls itself along with its suction power. My old Shark had the separate hard floor attachment that was a pain to attach and then pull or carry the vacuum along with you to use. Having the plush bar for hard floors is amazing and so helpful.

I have never owned a vacuum that I loved until we bought this. This vacuum is PERFECT. I often catch myself vacuuming for fun with this thing. The suction is great, it has a setting for carpet and a setting for hardwood floor. It also has a max suction or less suction setting (I have a dog and two kids so I keep this baby on max suction). It leaves the most perfect vacuum lines when Iâm done and Iâm positive that it doesnât miss a single speck of dust. Seriously, I can feel the difference in my carpet after I vacuum.. the carpet feels much softer. The handle is detachable so you can vacuum your baseboards, the corners, small spaces, etc. The actual body of the vacuum also detaches so you can carry it with you while doing stairs or vacuuming corners. I will forever recommend this vacuum!! Buy it!!!!

Suction is great, a little hard to maneuver.
This vacuum is great overall. Suction power is great, picks up so much stuff that my other vacuum left behind. Love the color. I wish the power button was on the handle instead of the canister, and I wish the cord winds were higher up too so there was so much work to put it away. It is a little annoying to pick up if it happens to suck something unwanted up or if you have any little ledges in your home/stairs. And it doesnât fit well under furniture. Perfect if you have just open rooms with lots of carpet or hard floor, works perfect for both. I do love this thing though because of how well it works and pretty good price too!
