Great so far!
I love the soft brush roll on this stick vacuum and the fact that itâs corded! Suction is great except for when using the powered upholstery tool. Thereâs not enough power to keep the roller from slowing down-almost stopping when pressed against any type of upholstery so I just use the other upholstery tool which was included with the vacuum purchase. The vacuum is lightweight and simple to operate. It does make the ease of cleaning easier especially under tight areas such as under beds and other furniture. So far (Iâve used it approximately 6 times in Air BnBâs), it seems to be of great quality.

I love this vacuum. It was so tiring to sweep my hard floors with a regular broom, plus, I could never seem to get up all the dust and cat fur. This vacuum does a wonderful job at picking up all the debris and fur, not to mention it does it in much less time and with much less effort. I totally recommend it.

Great Vacuum for an Apartment or Second Vacuum!
I bought it refurbished and it was in excellent condition. I could not tell it was ever even used! The vacuum works great, excellent suction, and cleans hardwood floors the best! It works very well on carpet too. The only negative is that it has a small dust bin. It’s okay for me, because I’m using it as a second vacuum to pick up dog hair and kids crumbs really quickly during the week. It was a hassle to get out our big vacuum almost every day. But I still use the big vacuum once a week to do the whole house. The bin on this vacuum is too small to do our whole house. You would have to empty the bin too many times. If you live in an apartment or your home is not that dirty, you could use this as your primary vacuum. But, if you have dogs and kids and a bigger house than you will only want this as a second vacuum to do like your den and kitchen, but not the whole house.

Pet hair goodbye
This is the best little vac to get at dog hair. We have an Aussie and they blow their coat twice a year. Itâs a great vac for pet hair and dirt. The receptacle is smallish and you have to empty frequently but thatâs because it does itâs job so well.

Shark has cheapened up their products
I currently own a HV382 and have been very happy with it. In particular I like its motorized pet tool and how it feels in the hand. Unfortunately I came across the HZ3002 and it raises issues with the company. This model is not a cheap vacuum, and yet out of the box it sure seems like it. In the first place the pet tool is no longer motorized, but what is truly disappointing is that my pet tool is not backwards compatible with the Stratos. They have truly cheapened up. My other issue is how the Stratos feels. If you have any wrist problems, you can forget about this vacuum feeling ok as you use it. In the end, this model is a true disappointment when compared to the HV382.
