Light, easy to maneuver
This is light and sucks up both the heavier soy based cat pellet litter and regular litter we use, great on pet hair and human hair. It has a smaller canister for debris – this makes it lighter, itâs easy enough to empty and replace that I donât think about it at all. I will take the lightness and the extra empty of the little container over a heavier unit any time. It lays flat to get under furniture- but- itâs a little to thick to get under most of my furniture. The cord is long so I can do most of my floors without unplugging it. It works great on my rugs (low pile) it does not work on higher pile carpets / rugs- itâs not made for that. For the last 5 years I had battery operated units but got so tired of the short battery life, limited suction power and the short overall life that after 4 units in 5 years (we have 4 cats and have to vacuum 1-2 times a day minimum) I was also sick of how much I was spending on replacing these units. Also, the battery makes these cordless units heavier. I hope this one lasts a long time. Iâve had it for 3 months now and it works just like it did the day I took it out of the box. One drawback: it does not stand up on its own, I have to lay it down on the ground or a stand it against a safe spot- like a countertop or corner, so it doesnât fall down.

Absolute best vacuum for pretty much anyone
This vacuum is absolutely amazing, especially for the price! Got this to tackle hardwood and carpet in a house with one very messy person who hates cleaning and one equally messy, very hairy cat and its handled everything we’ve thrown at it with ease, from hair and crumbs to dirt and cat litter.Pros– Lightweight, super convenient, incredibly easy to use and convert from handheld to stick and back, great suction for a stick vacuum. Does the job on all floor types with no problem and it’s super maneuverable for everything from getting under couches and through chair legs to over high thresholds on the floor. Comes with every attachment you can want and some pretty brilliant ones you wouldn’t even think to ask for. The cup is super easy to empty and get back to cleaning again quickly. Best part is the zero wrap brushroll GENUINELY WORKS, with my hair length I’d be giving a normal vacuum a haircut every other use but with this there’s literally never hair wrapped around it.Semi-cons– dust cup could be a bit bigger, fills up pretty quickly but it is a stick vac and it’s honestly a testament to how much this little vacuum picks up. The motor is at the top of this vacuum so if you’re going to vacuum the entire house your wrist might get tired from maneuvering it but its way better than moving around a full sized one would be. Its also top-heavy when together so it doesn’t stay standing but its very easy to detach the motor and hang it at the bottom of the stick for a second while you let go of it. Not cordless but there’s no way you’d get this suction out of a cordless vac and you don’t have to worry about the battery running out.

Excellent vacuum
This is an excellent, lightweight vacuum. I prefer corded vacuums as I think they have more power and they don’t need charging.It has plenty of maneuverability, great suction, long cord, and I’d nice and lightweight. Very easy to vacuum with. Easy to put together and take apart (for example, to use just the handheld part or empty the canister.The reason I give it 4 stars is that I also have a Shark Rocket vacuum, and that’s the standard by which I judge all vacuums. It’s unbeatable for sucking up dirt and cat hair, and I love the attachments, especially the stair brush, which is easier to use than this one.I was impressed with this vacuum. But just to check, I used the Rocket vacuum after using this one in my bedroom. Yup, it picked up stuff this one didn’t And, it left better brush marks (which I guess means it brushes more deeply?).Honestly, you can’t go wrong with either one of these. This looked like a good model. On sale it was cheaper than buying a new Rocket, so I got it. Will be making my life easier! I’ll have a vacuum for each floor.

Great shark vacuum
I bought this shark stick vac as a replacement for a Dyson I have had for 15 years which is now too heavy and cumbersome for me to use due to old shoulder damage. This new shark is one third the weight of the dyson, is so much easier to push, pull and maneuver in any direction and over varied surfaces but becomes hand held version for above floor cleaning and stairs. Has great power and suction ,is corded so I don’t have to remember to plug it into charge and don’t loose charge before I’m done cleaning. Canister is smaller but gets me through weekly cleaning including gravel from litter box ! And NO sore, aching shoulders afterwards !!!

We bought it for its size. We like the options this vacuum has over some of the other ones we were looking at. I like the power it has. My wife wanted a cordless one, but the research on these stick vacuumâs was that a corded one gives you more power, hence more suction. We especially like the long cord. We live in a 1475 sq ft condominium and we only have to plug this in twice to do the whole house. Itâs easy to take apart for various reasons. We also like the two lights that come with this vacuum, one on the floor attachment, and the other on the unit itself. This helps when youâre doing furniture and other hard to reach areas. The only thing we wish this vacuum came with, was a tool caddy, but other than that weâre very pleased with this vacuum.

I love shark but this one is unreal it quits after a few minutes and maybe a couple of hours later it will turn on again. Of coarse it started doing this 3 days after the time I could return it. You would think there would be a year warranty on it. Iâm very disappointed with shark, for so many years Iâve raved how awesome shark is now Iâm very disappointed
