    Very please, great suction
I have 4 dogs and this is great for picking up their tumble weeds of fur daily. Three attachments, one for the sofa that works well. Only been a couple of weeks but happy so far

Seems to work well and has strong suction.
Seems to work fine. Big complaint about other hand vacs is the exhaust blows away the dirt your trying to vacuum. This one is better, it isnt as big an issue. We noticed there are times when the battery is low and the switch seems like its not working. Time will tell if its a switch issue or simply a cutoff when the battery gets low.

    Excellent overall, but also frustrating.
Much to my dismay, my 8 year old Shark handheld vacuum finally died recently – not surprising since it was so old and used multiple times daily, but I was still sad to find that the exact same model is no longer made. I’m autistic and I don’t generally do well with “change”…even if the new item may be an upgrade. This particular newer model of Shark handheld seemed like the closest thing to my old beloved original Shark.Overall, I really like this new handheld Shark. Suction is definitely more powerful than my previous one, and the two attachments that come with it are helpful. The attachments from my old model do not fit on the new one. This new one is much slimmer design and more lightweight – both improvements from my old model.I appreciate that, like my old one, the power button can be slid on and off and kept in that position, you don’t need to constantly hold the power button down while using the vacuum, which is very annoying but for some reason some other popular brands of handheld vacuums still insist on using that style. However, I do not like this style of power button…unlike my old one, this button is recessed and very low profile, and difficult to switch up or down. I actually have to use both hands to flip the switch, which is quite inconvenient while cleaning messes – and it still hurts my hand! The old model had a raised power button that was so much easier to push into position. I wish they would have kept that former design! (Attaching a photo comparison of the two different styles of vacuums in this review so you can see the power button differences). All in all, this is a great handheld vacuum at the price point. It cleans cat litter, crumbs, cat hair and dust bunnies with ease and seems to have good battery life. My only complaint is the difficult to push power button, which is enough of an annoyance that I have to dock a star from the review. Still worth the money, but I hope they rethink this button design in the future.

    YES!! Just buy it!
I’d say it’s pretty rare that I get excited about buying things like vacuums, but this has been one of the best purchases I’ve made lately. It was a bit of an impulse by I really didn’t want to take too much time to look at 1 million different versions and compare all the reviews. I decided to just take a chance on this and I’m glad that I did. It’s very easy to use and it does have a small trash container. It allows me to use it for small projects without having to empty it multiple times. The best part is how easy it is to use. It’s convenient to be able to pick it up. walk around with it and get into small spaces.A charge doesn’t last super long but again this is something that is just gonna be for tidying up in small quantities. it would work well for cleaning your car and the charge would definitely last long enough to clean your car a few times I guess depending on how gross your car is to begin with.Overall, it has great quality very decent suction and it comes with a couple different attachments if you’re into that kind of thing. I tend to really only use the basic nozzle. If you do plan on sucking up a lot of hair or anything too thick it can get stuck and you may need to touch the inside of the trash receptacle to get it out. But for the most part, you can use the button on the side to empty it without having to touch anything that you just sucked up.I’ve never been this excited about a vacuum, but it has made things much easier to get into smaller spaces which a regular vacuum can’t always do. If you’re on the fence I would say just go ahead and buy this.

Pretty Decent on Hardwoods, Not Carpet
We don’t leave a lot of reviews, but we read a MILLION before buying any products over Amazon. After a lot of good reviews for this model, we were excited to replace an expensive handheld vacuum that was a total dud and was banished to the back of the linen closet. (Unfortunately can’t remember the brand!) After owning this for 9 months, we can say it’s not a total dud but it’s not a miracle worker. The suction is decent but not super powerful. We have three birds, and they throw a LOT of seed around. We admittedly don’t clean up after them as often as we should, so the seed accumulates. It gets on the stairs, and this vacuum sadly cannot handle dust bunnies or seed that finds their way in the carpet crevices. Hardwood floors on either side of the carpet? Pretty great. Does a decent job and we’re happy to use it for that. But picking up a lot of errant seed IN the couch crevices? The suction can’t cut it. Reaching the crevices? Again, decent job. But the suction is just meh. Wish it was more powerful and had a longer “reach.” 3 out of 5 stars.

Lithium battery lasts a long time.
My previous handheld vacuum allowed me to vacuum one room and then ran out of juice. The Shark Ultra Cyclone 951 allows me to vacuum the whole house! The detachable Self Cleaning Pet Power Brush is great for picking up hair I didn’t see on the furniture. It comes with a charger so there is no need to order an extra charger unless you want to charge it in a separate room. I wish I had order an extension attachment so I don’t have to bend over or crawl on my hands and knees to vacuum, but it is great for baseboards and furniture.

    Small, light weight and powerful
This Shark vac is far superior to my previous Shark handheld. Charges easily, picks up many crumbs, etc. without any issues and weighs next to nothing! I definitely recommend it.

This arrive just last night…and I already used it today!I was looking at handheld cordless vacuums for months already….most have reviews that make you think twice…this one does have a few negative comments…but so what…can’t please everyone!I unpacked it, charged it, and took it out to vac my pickup…cleaned the folds in the leather seats well, and picked up all the stuff on the carpet…it wasn’t very dirty…but I was pleased with it!This vac meets my need perfectly! I’m keeping it in my truck camper for quick pickups and disaster cleanups…yikes! Seems to work well…not vey loud (I was expecting it to be much louder) so I love that!It sucks fine, has a great carpet / floor accessory that even other reports give it two thumbs up, and it is so simple to dump the junk! Overall…I am happy with my purchase!

I put it on charge and it seems to have a powerful suction, making great to clean my car.I was worried initially as it came with an American adapter with two pins.I swapped the adapter for a 3 pin uk plug that was USB and all is ok. The usb lead is 12 volt so compatible with uk plug.Hopefully will last a long time

It has stopped charging and the company said they provide no warranty outside North America. Also its really difficult to get in touch with them, as it can only be done by emails. NOT WORTH IT – TOO COSTLY WITH CHEAP PARTS.
