Excellent suction
I am Very happy with this vacuum. I was leery about buying a refurbished one, but it is in excellent condition and appears to have never been used. Works Great, excellent suction, with a variety of extra tools. Love how I can vacuum under beds and furniture with the lift away feature.

Great vacuum!
This vacuum was definitely worth the buy! The attachments are handy and it somehow does not gather hair around the roll! Suction is great on carpet and hard floors. The only difficulty is that it is pretty heavy, so doing stairs is definitely a task. But, it is worth it for the effective cleaning!

Very Impressive
After watching many reviews, I settled on the Shark AZ2002 Vertex DuoClean and cannot be any happier in that decision.PROS- Very powerful suction- Picks up more than I ever knew existed in my carpet. I cannot stress how impressed I am by it.- Easy to use detachable canister/hose- Easy to dispense- Enough accessories to get you by- Hair does not get trapped in the rollers, even long hair!- No leakage from the filter.- Won best vacuum of 2021 on Vacuum Wars YouTube channel.- The “renewed” version I bought was $100 cheaper and you’d be hard pressed to convince me I didn’t receive a brand new one since it was in excellent condition, appeared unused or even unopened, had all original attachments and came in the original box. Helluva deal!CONS- May leave you feeling like you’ve never actually vacuumed your house if you only used cheap vacuums before.- Long hair can become trapped around the canister interior cone making it so that dust gets trapped up there and will not easily come out when dumping the canister. Using something like a clothes hanger cleaned it out for me. I’m going to assume this is a one time thing and that I will not have this issue after the initial cleaning since my old cheap vacuum left a lot behind obviously and that won’t be the case in the future with this vacuum.- With this much suction power, it can be a workout to pull it backwards on the lower pile/hard-floor settings. I need a workout anyway, so this is not a complaint, just mentioning it for anyone that might care.RECOMMENDATIONS- Empty the canister in an outdoor trashcan to avoid the dust getting into your home air.- Detach the canister when using the hose extension.- Put the 3rd brush attachment onto the edge nozzle so you can keep all 3 attachments on the back of the vacuum.- Be sure to clean behind the roller(s) after every few cleanings to avoid issues down the road.- Just buy it! It’s a great vacuum and half the price of a Dyson and it rates right up there with it.

The roller heads are magic – Don’t wrap hair
We have 4 people with long hair in our house – plus cats. Normally I spend SO much time cutting away hair from the rollers. These fins really do not allow the hair to wrap around. It is amazing. – The negative I have is that the hose is short. I am 4’11” and I havve to bend over to vacuum baseboards. I miss my old Kenmore vacuum with a longer hose. Also, the cord gets tangled easily. Not sure why, but it is annoying enough for me to mention. – I bought a refurbished one here and it was CLEAN and seems to work perfectly. In the past I had returned Shark rotator as it was terrible on my hardwood floor (okay on carpet.) This Vertex does a great job on both carpet and bare floor. I do miss how my Kenmore about vacuum from the side right up to the baseboard. This one will not do that. I COULD SEE THIS BEING HARD FOR ELDERLY or that who have trouble pulling weight. It seems to vacuum forward really easily on its own, but pulling back does require a bit of strength.

Used twice and it stopped working.
This is my 2nd Shark Vacuum, this model was “refurbished”. I used it twice and now it will no longer turn on. Amazon contacted the reseller “Good as new Electronics” and they replied that it was beyond their 30 day return policy and that the 90 warrant expired (by a week). So I spent $300 on a vacuum that worked twice and stopped working. This was not refurbished to be “good as new” so buyer beware do not buy from this company. The junk they are selling as refurbished breaks. Don’t risk your hard earned money with a vendor who does not stand behind their products. Amazon should revoke their ability to sell on Amazon. Trust me, pay a bit more and only buy new.During this time period Tampa was hit with 2 hurricanes. My power was out for a week and my internet out for 9 days. So the vendor said sorry you missed the window for the 90 day warranty. Nothing like capitalizing on the misfortune of somebody without power or internet to make a few bucks. This company had the opportunity and step up and stand behind what they sell but instead showing there true values. Vote with your wallet and don’t buy from this company.
