I have 5 of these in all my vacation rentals. No bells or whistles but they do the job well. I call them my best friends. They clean so well.

The item never worked. Call Amazon to report item didnât work. Had to get in touch with three party . They never got back to me it was a back and forth with Amazon they refunded my money to my account. Trash the item.

Brushes will not stay on
The front side brushes constantly fall off and I tried to order new ones and they do the same thing. Also once the vacuum docks, you have to undock it to clean it. Poor design.

Let me first say that I originally requested a refund because I did not know how to actually turn on the device. After I requested the return, I discovered the power button! lol. Full disclosure I have two dogs and four cats and three children. Needless to say, my home needs to be vacuumed once a day at minimum! I have a large home with wood floors, tile floors, and carpeting. Some of my rooms have transition pieces between the different floor types. I have owned five different brands of robot vacuums and when I tell you, I have spent anywhere from $700 on a Roomba to $65 on a no-name brand. I purchased my shark refurbished at $100 and it is by far the best robot vacuum Iâve ever purchased. I am very happy and I am actually considering purchasing another one for the other side of my home I have not even set up the Wi-Fi feature and I have had no problems with it. Going missing under furniture or getting stuck anywhere ever it has great suction and fantastic battery life. The carpet actually looks like it was done with a standup vacuum. Once itâs completed. The only downside is it is a little difficult to open up the compartment to empty it out that is my only complaint . Buy the vacuum. You will not be disappointed

This product describes a controller and shows one with the product. When I e-mailed the seller, they said I was to use my smartphone. I am 87 and not that tech savvy. Also, the cover is upside down. Will not charge unless it is placed like this . I do not feel confident with this purchase even though I bought the service contract Assurion. I would prefer to pay the additional cost and buy a new one. I donât need anything that causes me problems.

Igual al intentar contactar al vendedor para pedir una aclaración meDijo que tenÃa que ser directo con shark y como es un producto reensamblado no entra la garantÃa con shark y el vendedor no hace devoluciones y Amazon tampoco. Hasta el momento funciona bien pero si es publicidad engañosa.
