This vacuum was one of the best purchases I have made. I come home to clean floors everyday. The last thing I want to do when I get home from work is vaccine my floors. It was so easy to set up. It is quiet and works so well. I have dark hard wood floors that show every little crumb. This vacuum picks up everything. It was worth every penny!!!

This vacuum has features that I really like! Control thru the app so I can start it from anywhere or make a schedule, an audible signal to help find it when it sometimes gets stuck under a bed or in a corner, mapping is easy and I can select which rooms I want cleaned, messages if there is a problem (like if it sucks up a dryer sheet, oops). We refer to the vacuum as Rosie (the housekeeper from the cartoon The Jetsons) This is the best robot vacuum weâve ever had! Itâs working great and Iâm so glad we bought it!

Refurbished
I was very disappointed with this purchase. I have one that I got new and it was perfect. My daughter wanted one for Christmas and I didn’t realize when I purchased this one online that it wasn’t new. From the moment she plugged it in and started it, it never worked right. I did return it immediately. Be careful to make sure you read whether it’s new or refurbished, for a few more dollars you can get new!

Great Robo-Vacuum
This little guy saves me a lot of time during the week. It cleans well, picks up most everything so far, one big dog kibble being the exception. It does well on low pile carpet and wood floors, it it seems to get in all the places youâd expect. I run it when I leave my house, so Iâve never watched it, the floors look good when I get back, and I check pretty well. I still use my upright, the Shark does really good, but for tight areas and underneath low furniture, you have to get that out. The latch for the dust bin is very simple, and keeps your hands relatively clear of the dirt.Overall I give it 5 stars, it does what I expected and a little more. Very good investment for me. Oh, and I do have pets.

It’s noisy, but it basically works but check your wifi before you order.
I liked the fact that I can just push a button and it will vacuum the house. It fits underneath stuff that is about 5-6 inches tall, like chairs and such. However, it’s noisy on a hardwood floor. So, when you’re downstairs (it’s used upstairs) it sounds almost like someone is roller skating up there. Also, it gets lost if it tries to go over something that is nearly too big for it and the wheels spin. I have yet to have it properly return to it’s home base. So I generally just turn it on, go find it a couple of hours later where it will be alarmed and stopped and put it back on the dock where it will dump it’s contents. Also, it only uses the 2.4 gHz band for wifi, so if you’re like me and only have 5.0 gHz wifi, you can’t program it.

Up front it took some work to clear obstacles. It’s mapping was excellent. We set it on a schedule and it has worked daily since. Found a lot of hidden dog hair at first. As we are getting older and it’s becoming difficult to run our vacuum this has taken over great.
