I LOVE THIS THING!!!
DANG! I wish I could upload more videos!!! Anyway, I have always been interested in purchasing a robot vacuum, but never seemed to be able to pull the trigger – mostly due to the price. Then I came across this one, lesser priced one that boasted all of the same features as some of the more well-known (more expensive brands), so I decided to try it out. And it did not disappoint. It is a little clumsy at first as it trys to map out your house, so be patient and don’t get discouraged. I would say by use 3 you’ll be rockin’ ‘n’ rollin pretty good. You’ll see that it’s starting to “get” where and where not to go. SUPER COOL, all you have to do is hit the “home” button and it will find/figure out where it’s charging station is and go attach itself. The more you use it, the better it works. I use it every day… so easy to press the button and just let it go. It is sooooooo… satisfying cleaning out the little dust trap too. I can’t say enough good things… so if you’re like me and are on the fence… just try it out…you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Save money and buy a more reputable robot
I purchased the robot in early August for my classroom. I’ve used the vacuum at least once a day, if not twice a day. At the beginning, it was great and I was extremely pleased with the robot. I am also diligent about emptying the contents, cleaning the filters, and the debris on the underside. My biggest complaint is the battery life. It will only run no more than 5 or so minutes before it returns back to the dock, due to low battery. When I first got it, it would run at least 20. I have never been able to get it to run on a schedule, after school hours, but that was not that big of a deal to me since I could run it at the end and/or beginning of a school day. I was hoping it would last until at least May 2024. But, I’ll be lucky if it makes it to the end of December. If I could, I would return it. Unfortunately, that window has closed, and so has the warranty.

Good Product for simple daily cleaning, not a replacement for a normal vacuum.
This Robotic vacuum is a pretty decent tool for daily cleaning. Remember what you are buying, this doesn’t replace a normal vacuum. If you have dirt on carpet this vacuum will not pick it up, If you have a shaggy carpet expect this robot to basically only pick up dust. I have found it great for daily cleaning, just to pick up any messes made while cooking on tile flooring (example: spilled a little rice on the floor the other day, got lazy and decided to just use the remote to control the robot where to clean up and click ‘spot’ where it will rotate in a circle and clean). Speaking of the controls, the vacuum as a few modes that help it clean a room, I have found the vacuum can’t reach everywhere in the room due to having a lot of objects to navigate around. Primarily I will control the vacuum and click spot or for a larger rectangle part of the room put it on mode 4 (which makes it go zig zag across the room), so if you have a really empty hard floor/tile room this vacuum is perfect to pick up everything.

This robot cleaner is not impaired by long hair!
We have had two previous robot vacuum cleaners which we liked OK because we didn’t have to do the vacuuming ourselves, although their rollers needed to be cleaned often. They both stopped working after about 1 year. This one doesn’t have rollers and instead just sucks up all the dust and dirt. We have used it once on a berber carpet and it worked well and then also on our rooms with wood floors with oriental carpets and it was great. It got the particles up better than the two previous cleaners. We have only used it twice. We do not bother with programming it, but just let it travel around randomly. We have not used the mop feature since both areas have rugs.

Life Saver!!
With a golden retriever and a toddler our floors are constantly a mess, this is the only way I can keep up! We have tried other brands in the past and this one is by far the best and smartest at detecting areas that need cleaned without going over the same spots over and over. The remote is a fun feature and the price is great! Highly recommend if you like your floors clean!

Great Product
This is amazing. I have a back problem that makes vacuuming very painfull. I should have bought this a long time ago.Cleans beautifully. I couldn’t believe how much was in the dust bin after the first use. Goes under the bed, my dresser and night stands with no problem.

Could not get to work.
Could not for the life of me understand why this robot refused to turn on, but after hours and more than one technical junkie trying I said no way! Gave up and then proceeded to try to return. Not as easy as it sounds. Took two extra weeks to get here as the first one sent never arrived, who knows why? Second one sent, took an extra week. Bought Service contract, now I hope that gets cancelled automatically. Not worth the time. Meanwhile I bought a buster at local store. My advise not worth your time or trouble.
