Not your typical cordless
This vacuum has a unique design that offers several big advantages, but one real disadvantage. It works best with an extra battery (expensive) and filter (inexpensive).. What’s unusual is that, instead of putting the motor and dust receptacle in the middle/body of the machine, everything is in the head. This means it will not fall over from standing, and you can leave it anywhere — leave the extra battery on charge, and just swap it out when the charge gets low. The dust canister has a sliding bar to help knock the dust out, and the foam filter is big, with a lot of surface area. It can be washed thoroughly, but takes some time to dry, which is why it’s good to have a a second. The disadvantage is that, with everything in the head, it doesn’t fit well under furniture. If you can tolerate that, this is a useful, powerful vacuum good for rugs and for cleaning sand and dirt off bare floors.

Great vacuum – but the battery is no good
This vacuum cleaner worked like a pro … for the first week until the battery simply stopped holding a charge. It says it’s fully charged, but after snapping it in, it runs for 5 seconds now and dies. This is the WORST product I have ever bought off of Amazon because the hassle I have to go through now to return this – my store is a kiosk at an airport, so getting the vacuum cleaner IN was a pain and now when I replace this item with a better vacuum, I’ll have to go through that lovely process again. Great suction and super lightweight
I purchased this vacuum cleaner for my store. We have thin industrial carpet that Has to be vacuumed every day. I can do a 10,000 square-foot area and still not use up the entire battery. The suction is great and itâs easy to empty out. If it were a little less pricey, I would buy more of them. I highly recommend!

On/Off switch stopped working after 3 mos.
Really like this vacuum, but the on/off switch stopped working after having it for 3 months. If I finagle the switch and the battery at the same time I can get it to turn on but it’s a pain.But, the vacuum has great suction, deals with thick pet hair easily and is easy to use. Very easy to “drive” as just a twist of the wrist makes it turn. It can turn very sharply as well.
