Awesome product-works better than I thought
This vacuum is amazing for at-home use or for commercial use. We use it at the apartment community I manage and it’s used to vacuum 4 floors, stairs, long hallways, etc. It has a nice long cord so you can vacuum more without having to constantly re-plug it in or use a bulky extension cord. The suction power is top notch and it was extremely easy to assemble. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable but durable vacuum cleaner. It is wider than your average vacuum so you can cover more space in less time!!

Absolutely Garages. I need to exchange this
I recently purchased [Vacuum Brand] vacuum cleaner with high hopes for keeping my home tidy and clean. However, after only a few uses, it has become abundantly clear that this product falls far short of expectations.The vacuum started off promisingly enough, efficiently sucking up dirt and debris with relative ease. However, after just a handful of uses, it suddenly malfunctioned, emitting a deafeningly loud noise that rendered it completely unusable. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement.What’s worse is that I’m now faced with the frustrating task of trying to get it exchanged or repaired. As a consumer, I expect products to function as advertised and to be backed by reliable customer service. Unfortunately, this vacuum has failed on both counts.

Noisey but cleans well!
It cleans very well, but it’s noisey, sounds like a trailer truck, but since it cleans very well and quick, I’ll keep it. I just can’t use it late at night. I live in a coop. It will wake up the neighbors. But it cleans!

Works well… but
The vacuum works well and has powerful suction.but…I bought this for the cleaning lady who cleans the apartment building’s carpeted hallways. She wanted me to send it back.So I checked it out and here are my thoughts…1) Feels like the quality isn’t great… the on button is hard to turn on… the plastic doesn’t feel quality and I think some parts will break easily, especially the hook part that holds the bag on…The cord is nice but the holders plastic feels cheap, plus the holder doesn’t move so you can’t quickly let the cord down as you must unwrap the cord which is annoying… The lever you step on to lower the handle isn’t quality and I have to push it several times.2) It is louder than other vacuums we have, and its annoying to the tenants as several have told us about it… the good side is it picks up well so vacuuming goes fast.Overall I am disappointed… would I buy it again… No

We have a low pile carpet in our building. This vacuum replaced our Karcher XP18 which had multiple shop visits for repair. This one is louder but drastically better performance. While emptying the shake out bag, you can see how much debris this collected. I am really impressed with this. Time will tell how this will hold.
