    Commercial Vacuum
Oh my, I love it ! The suction power is awesome! It is better than my Dyson Vacuum, that I have had for years.

They redesigned it with 2 major design flaws so I had to return
I used to buy this vacuum for years for cleaning houses. The new update they did was attach a plug 🔌 in the middle of the cord so that it sticks out and scratches up my left thigh when I push the vacuum back and forth. Very odd and I hate it. I liked when it just had one long cord. Now this model version simply won’t work because the cord ‘lock’ (where you wind up the cord after your done) is so tiny and narrow that it won’t hold to the cord. Meaning, when you’re done vacuuming the cord will just be loosely flopping around and there’s no way to secure it. I have no idea why they’d create a clasp that is 2 sizes to small to hold the cord to itself behind the vacuum.I’m very sad 😢. This used to be my favorite and now I have to go on a hunt for a new one unless or until they fix these 2 flaws! Tired of getting my leg scraped up on the plug at the back and not being able to secure the cord.

    Not Great
This vacuum is very heavy. Moving it back and forth takes some effort. It has pretty good suction but it does tend to scatter on hard floors. Seems well made, but after a few months it started giving off a burning scent. Also, the hose comes loose from timeto time, which affects the suction. Not worth the price.

    Great vacuum, missing belt
It’s a great vacuum, however, I didn’t receive the extra belt that comes with the two screws in the small bag.

    A powerful, solid commercial vacuum…
Commercial vacuums are a treat. And also a pain. I’ve used them for years and I love them. As pure vacuums, they almost always beat the household variety. But they’re also usually bulky, heavy and non-maneuverable. You give up convenience for substance with commercial vacuums: they last and last, but they don’t have the variety of useful tools and they weigh more and don’t get under things like sofas if they’re uprights….So let me say right off that this isn’t my Dyson V10. And most days I will take the V10 over this vacuum both at home and at the office. But for day-in-and-day-out cleaning, this is as lightweight as a commercial vacuum gets and this is a solid beast of a vacuum. It’s made of plastic rather than metal, and thus is lightweight for commercial quality. Here are the ways this vacuum excels even in the realm of commercial vacuums.1) 40 foot replaceable power cord. Thick, like it’s heavy gauge wire inside. Incredibly convenient! You can do your whole house or office with just one central plug. Plus, it’s a two-prong plug. No ground needed.2) Plastic, as I said. Relatively lightweight. Not lightweight for a home vacuum, but very much so for commercial quality. And it is solidly built of plastic. My Dyson and Kenmore vacuums are always in danger of breaking–and my Kenmores always do eventually break. Their wheels fall off, their filter doors break… This vacuum’s wheels are substantial. They won’t fall off in use. And the rest of the vacuum is equally well built. The filter door is probably the flimsiest part of the vacuum, and it’s not bad considering how seldom it will need to be opened.3) Adjustable heights that work and an adjustment mechanism that will last. Height adjustments for beater heads are usually so rickety and failure prone. This vacuum’s height adjustment looks like it will last a long time. There is a simple spring that holds it in tension which might just break, but it’s a $.25 part, I suspect, easily fixed or replaced at a hardware store.4) Great suction. Great beater. Strong beater motor.5) Hose can be removed from the body of the vacuum and used separately to clean upholstery, under furniture, etc. Great quality hose. Not great extension tube and vacuum head for extension tube. Just a little upholstery brush.6) Quiet. This is a quiet vacuum. I know it’s a subjective judgment, but I was struck by the lack of noise when it was running. It’s not library quiet, but it is a calm machine. Now the bad.1) This vacuum will not fit under any low furniture like upolstered chairs or couches. And the included tools won’t do much good for covering large areas–like under a couch–as well. It would have been nice if this had better tools. The hose is long and strong enought to use better fllor tools in conjunction with it, but they are simply not included.I have also done a video on this machine that might help you understand it a bit better. Overall, my initial judgment is that it’s really a fine vacuum of true commercial quality and I commend it to those who seek such a machine.

    Disappointing!!
Purchased this vacuum because it was supposed to be quiet and powerful as it’s a commercial upright. It’s by no means quiet.. it’s LOUD! The quality of the materials is sketchy at best, in addition to being excessively loud it rattled like marbles in a can. I promptly returned this disappointing machine.

Pleasantly surprised. Wanted an old style bagged vacuum. Easy assembly. 80 y/o gran approved!
I have been on the hunt for a decent bagged vacuum. I know the bags waste more, but the bags that come with this look completely compostable and as if they will break down quickly. I just prefer the bagged over the canister because somehow the canisters always let dust back loose, no matter how careful I am. I wear a mask, and try to get deep into my trashcan, but I feel like I can’t win and lose particles all over the house. I also feel like I dump the thing more often than a similarly sized bag, but maybe that’s just me.This vacuum did not disappoint. The assembly was so easy out of the box. It has a hose to hookup, and then the cord needs connected. Besides that, the bag was already in place but it’s super easy to install when it needs changed. It was so easy that I had it out within five minutes using it on our upstairs carpets. I have old carpets that really need a deep shampoo, but I could tell a difference in just vacuuming and walking on them. I could hear the suction on this when it picked up particles, and overall, I feel like it did a good job.The vacuum has an adjustment setting for high or low carpets. I have what I’d call low carpets. Nothing in the house is shag. It’s an older house that we just bought, so a deep clean with this has made a huge impression. The suction hose on this is great too. It gets into places like between the stove and microwave that I can’t reach otherwise without moving furniture. I’ve actually even used the hose to clean up drywall while putting in anchors in the new place for hanging things. It’s simple to use, easy to setup, and very friendly for all ages and heights. It’s even moderately self propelled. I notice that I do very little work to push it as it sort of propels itself forward. Pulling it backwards, I do make some effort, but it’s not a super heavy vacuum. Depending on fitness, it’s easy enough for me to get upstairs by myself. Something worth noting is the long cord. It actually unhooks from the vacuum like an extension cord and could be swapped out for other cord lengths. It’s a feature I haven’t seen before, but I’m sure is commonplace. Still, it’s pretty neat because I can just leave the cord rolled up on an extension cord arm, and then grab any old cord I need for shorter or longer distances and plug up.This one is a winner for sure. I’ll update if anything happens, but everyone in the house loves it. It’s easy enough that my 80 year old Grandma has no issues with it on the ground floor. It does propel a bit forward, but she says it’s light enough for her to drag without getting her out of breath. So far, so good.
