I am very happy with this vacuum cleaner after a couple months of usage
So far I like everything about this vacuum cleaner:- Convenience: Not having to keep plugging and unplugging a vacuum cleaner makes the job quicker and easier. I love the cordless aspect of this vacuum.- Suction & Battery Life: These aspects of the cleaner go together. There are 3 suction levels – low, medium and high. The vacuum cleaner works well on hardwood, tile and carpet on the medium setting. The battery will last approximately 42-43 minutes on medium. I rarely use high and only for really big messes. On high the battery will last about 11 minutes. I have not used the low setting. I purchased a second batter which charges in the base while the battery being used is also charging. For my house which is 4350 SQFT, both batteries will easily handle the entire house with battery life to spare.- Maneuverability: The vacuum is exceptionally maneuverable. It allows me to bring the hose parallel to the floor so that I can vacuum under dressers, night tables, end tables and other furniture with minimum clearance. I’ve never been able to do this with another vacuum cleaner. The retractable hose makes it much easier to clean in tight spots and on steps.- Edge cleaning: The vacuum cleans right up to the edge of the wall. there is not need to switch to a narrow or brush attachment.- Storage: The vacuum stores onto a base which sits on the floor. NO need to drill holes in the wall. It takes up very little space.- Durability: Unknown at this point since I’ve only had the vacuum for a couple months. It’s a well built machine and I see few weaknesses. However, a couple reviewers have mentioned that the latch that fastens the dust canister in place broke and a replacement part is not available. That concerns me. Thus I’m extra gentle when reattaching the dust canister to the vacuum. I use my fingers to guide the dust canister in place and then I depress the latch button until the canister is seated and then release the latch button so that that the latch gently locks in place.- Emptying the dust canister – The canister has enough capacity for one complete cleaning of my house. Emptying the canister is quick and easy. However, dust is emitted during the emptying so I empty it directly into the garbage pale in the garage while wearing a dust mask.- Cleaning pet hair: I have two cats that shed a lot. The vacuum does an excellent job of picking up pet hair on hardwood, tile and carpet.Overall, I love the vacuum. It makes it much easier and quicker for me to clean the whole house and pulling it out to spot clean high traffic areas more often is a breeze.

A great purchase
This is only the second cordless vacuum I have experience with (shark vertex being the other, it was okay but it shocked me when using on carpet so I returned it). We have owned the vacuum for about a month now and really love it!Pros: I have an approximately 2700 sq ft house with half hardwood and half carpet and the battery lasts long enough to do most of that (on mid setting). The differing attachment heads for carpet and hardwoods is a huge plus and each does a great job. The storage tower makes charging simple. The suction on picking stuff up is superior to the shark vertex and on par with my old corded vacuum. No cord! This makes vacuuming so much easier because the cord really is a hassle. The small width of the cleaning heads is great for stairs (I have two sets) and the adjustable vacuum length is also a great feature for this purpose.Cons: I wish the tower could integrate all the attachments. This issue almost nixed the purchase because my wife did not want extra attachments loose. The vacuum head is not very wide. While a pro for stairs it does take more time to sweep a room (though when you factor in not dealing with a cord it still saves some time). The small spinning attachment for cars/upholstery does not work real well, but I wasnât planning on that. The vacuum is also a bit too bulky for that anyways.Overall, I wasnât gonna pay for a dyson and this Samsung has really performed great for my needs! I highly recommend!

If not on a budget, this is Thee vacuum to have.
I donât know what to say other than âBuy this vacuumâ. Itâs easy to clean and you can clean it thoroughly. Itâs lightweight. The battery last quite a while on medium. If you have to use high, it will drain the battery a bit faster but Iâve found that I rarely ever use the high setting. The switching of attachments is super easy. The hard floor brush attachment works like a dream. If you have a bit of a higher budget, Iâd say this is the vacuum you need to buy.

Good suction
I like this vacuum a lot! Itâs perfect for floors without carpet. Even though it has two brushes (one carpet and one hard floors) the carpet one canât be used on the carpet. It literally has so much suction that you canât move it across the carpet. Therefor I only use it on hard floors. I wish I could use it on the carpet!

Great vacuum for a house with hard floors
We have a house with all tile floors. But we also have some area rugs. We needed a light weight cordless vacuum. We had one that just vacuumed but still left some small particles of dust on the floor. Furthermore, the old one could not get under low furniture or beds. This one solves all of our problems. We were hesitant to spend this much money on a vaccuum, but it is worth every penny. First of all, it picks up every bit of dust. I can get under end tables and beds. The brush on the hard floor attachment remains clean and doesn’t hold any dust. This unit has three speeds and defaults to medium when you turn it on. I find that most of the time, medium does a very good job. Occasionally, when there are larger particles on the floor, I turn it up to high, but that is rare. In addition to getting under low furniture, I actually love the way I can turn corners and manuever it. I know I’m a strange bird, but I like machines and enjoy vacuuming the house twice a week. We’ve found it easy to clean, but do wash out the dust bin and let it dry. The old vacuum needed to be emptied every time. We only need to empty this one after 3 or 4 times. Interestingly enough, since it does such a good job of picking up dust, we get less dust on the furniture. You have to change heads to do rugs. That said, it does a good job on every rug we have. I run it on medium for about half the rugs and on high for the rest. Some people have complained about battery life. We’ve had no issues there and have never had to go to the second battery to complete the task. I picked this vacuum because of a review by a magazine saying this was the best vacuum for hard floors. They were right.

I wasnât able to find the dyson I wanted so I bought this as an alternative. I didnât have high expectations for the vacuum. I was completely blown away once I put it together, which was fairly easy. I donât have carpet in my house, for hardwood / hard floors this is possibly one of the best cordless vacuums out there. It comes with a nice heavy duty stand and lots of attachments as well.

Unfortunately homework is as far as I got! Never received the vaccum but some Theif has a pretty clean place! Wish I got to try this bad boy out. Not dealing with customer service ever again though. What a nightmare! Sign for things people! Itâs the way to go and youâll save a massive headache
