    Update-My Bad
I don’t think I was cleaning the filter correctly, so I’m updating my review. I think it was perhaps user error. Happy for now so I’ll see how it goes.

Powerful Suction in a Compact Package
This Ruvio PRO handheld vacuum is a lifesaver for quick cleanups around the house and in the car. The cordless design makes it incredibly convenient to use, and the suction power is surprisingly strong for its size. It effortlessly picks up pet hair, crumbs, and debris from carpets, upholstery, and hard floors. The 2X HEPA filtration system ensures that even fine dust and allergens are captured, making it a great choice for allergy sufferers. While the battery life could be a bit longer, the overall performance and portability of this handheld vacuum make it a valuable addition to my cleaning arsenal.

Excellent vacuum, but misrepresentations and no warranty
I’d love to give this little vacuum 5 stars. Based on its performance, it deserves 5 stars. It does a great job of sucking up debris. I’ve uploaded a photo of our front door mat, which was covered with autumn leaves, and a patch where this little vacuum effortlessly sucked up nearly all leaf debris. I’m impressed.Unfortunately, there are too many non-performance issues for me to give it more than three stars. These issues include:Too many misrepresentations: – The Amazon page states that “a portable car charger is included”. This is not true. It is part of an optional accessory kit – A picture on the Amazon page shows attachments that are not included. They are part of the optional accessory kit – The manual says that the optional accessory kit includes two attachments and a car charger, but there’s no apparent way to order them. – Charging: The Amazon page says that the charge indicator light flashes while it’s charging and stops flashing when it’s fully charged. This is wrong. The light never flashes. It comes on when you put the vacuum in the charging base and plug it in. It stays lit until you either unplug it or remove the vacuum from the charging base. Ruvio says it takes 2.5 hours to charge the vacuum and that it can run on a single charge for 15-20 minutes. There’s no way to test how long it takes to charge, so I charged it overnight and then tested how long it ran. It ran for 16.5 minutes. Before charging, the brush needs to be folded up. The vacuum won’t charge otherwise. The manual doesn’t mention this. The manual is otherwise fairly complete. It’s 18 pages long, though 7 of the pages are safety precautions. There is a five year warranty, but it’s easy to miss and can’t be requested online. Surprisingly, there’s no mention of it in the user manual. The only mention of it is on a slip of paper in the box. I almost threw it out. It says the warranty is only valid when the vacuum is purchased from authorized dealers, but doesn’t say who authorized dealers are or whether it includes Amazon. The only way to make a claim under the warranty is to ship the vacuum with the purchase receipt and a statement of the problem to an address in New York City. This is not an acceptable way of doing it. An owner should be able to contact the company first to find out whether a problem is even covered by the warranty before paying to ship it.It’s really a shame. This is a nice little vacuum that deserves 5 stars based on performance, especially with a five year warranty, but there are too many non-performance issues for me to recommend it, and making a claim under the warranty looks too cumbersome to me.

    Great So Far!
I’m currently loving this little guy because I leave it out on the counter at all times, charged and ready to go, which makes me far more inclined to do some quick cleaning than when I have to dig the handvac out of the closet, check that it’s charged, etc. The suction is solid, although I’m mostly using it for pet hair and small debris, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it maxes out quickly with heavier jobs. The flip-out brush head is handy, and I like that the dock has slots for other accessories. The other accessories are actually one of my nitpicks, though: The listing and some of the photos/video really give the impression it comes with ALL of the shown accessories, when in actuality it only comes with the crevice nozzle. I wouldn’t call it intentionally misleading, but the marketing could be clearer. My other complaint is that the charging cable connects midway up the dock instead of on the base. It’s a minor qualm, I know, but it’s aesthetically odd to have the power cable hanging right over the docked accessories, especially when a big part of the purpose of the dock in the first place is to have the vac be accessible but aesthetically clean enough to leave out on the counter. Run the power cable through the base, Ruvio!

This is a review of the Ruvio PRO Handheld VacuumWe picked this up for our RV and have not been disappointed. We love the charging stand as it keeps the vacuum close by for quick use. It has a small form factor,The vacuum packs a punch in the suction department and will be great for quick touch ups.The crevice tool has worked well for those hard to reach spots that some vacuums can’t reach without having to find the right tool and connect it. Very convenient. As other reviews have previously mentioned, ours did not come with the tools pictured but this was not a big deal to us, but worth mentioning.Overall, we are happy with this and plan to use it daily.

This product is easy to use and clean. I use it daily for crumbs and cooking/baking ingredients that have spilled on the counter, table, stove or floor. Clean up is a breeze. It’s my most used tool by far in the kitchen. The battery life is amazing and every time I use it the percentage of battery life left is prominately displayed. Suction has two levels of power which is great for heavier objects. In it’s charger it takes very little counter space. It’s well made and an excellent value for the price.

I’ve used a lot of different handheld vacuums in the past, and this one is just okay. The main unique feature of this one is the charging stand, which is definitely nice to have as you just put the vacuum in, and it immediately starts charging without having to plug in any cables. However, I otherwise don’t know if this is such a great value. For starters, it only comes with one actual attachment, which is a longer tube for harder-to-reach places, and there’s also a pop-out brush that’s permanently attached to the vacuum but can be collapsed at any time. That is also nice to have, but considering the stand can hold 3 attachments, it would’ve been nice to see 2 more included in the box, especially at this price point. Other than that, there are just some strange design choices, from the power button placement making it too easy to accidentally turn on/off while vacuuming to the charging indicator being very dim and difficult to see, as well as the fact that they included the cheapest screws possible to assemble the charging base to the point where I was barely able to screw one of them in as it was already falling apart. Overall, I’d say this is a decent vacuum, and it definitely does clean. However, I’d only buy it if it’s on sale at a good price; otherwise, I don’t think it’s a great value for what you get.

Great for those small vacuum jobs that doesn’t require getting out your heavy large vacuum.Battery is sufficient since it’s for those small jobs like sucking up hair off the bathroom floor.

Really wanted the Ruvio Handheld Vacuum to stand out from the rest of those portable vacuums but unfortunately it does not. Priced at $99.99 with a $20 coupon, it just seems like it’s a premium product but it’s way overpriced in my opinion.I like that it’s portable and easy to get started. The suction power, run time and dust container size is equivalent to my inexpensive one. It comes with one attachment (versus 5 like others) so don’t expect more as the pictures indicated. I like that the air blows out on the side versus the back so it doesn’t blow at your face.Things I don’t like is the dock. It uses the barrel plug (not USB C ) and while you can plug it straight in the vacuum, most people will opt for the dock. You have to align it to the charging port otherwise, it’s not charging. There’s a light indicator if it’s charging but it’s so dim, you’d have to be in pitch dark to actually see it. The dock was design so that it’s easy to charge and then remove. But if you have an attachment, it won’t fit in the dock and so you have to remove it each time. Then there’s the flap on the handle bar. If you have bigger hands, you’ll constantly rub against it causing it to open which exposes a little hole that blows air at you. Why can’t it be on the side? It’s a total design flaw in my opinion. I’m constantly having my palm against the flap which then becomes awkward to hold.Overall, it’s an average vacuum but there are many more options that are cheaper and without the flaws.
