I ordered this to clean up some outdoor flooring and surfaces and I appreciate that this is TSP without the P, so it is more environmentally friendly. The price seems very reasonable to me, as I only use it in small amounts and this bag will last me a very long time. I am pleased with the results and feel confident recommending it to others based upon my personal experience.

A little goes a long way
I used this to deep clean my kitchen cabinets. It works so well. You only use 1 scoop per 2 gallons of water for cleaning. It cleaned so well and there was not a strong smell when cleaning. I used latex gloves to make sure this formula didn’t damage my skin.

The less offensive to the environment TSP
TSP = trisodium phosphate, so the name is a bit of a misnomer, as here they’ve replaced the phosphate with sodium sesquicarbonate, which helps the cleaning process by keeping dirt suspended in your “cleaning liquor” (which is really what they call it in the science-y world – I have a really great article on precipitating and non-precipitating sequestrants, which I found easily via a very popular search engine in 2011 and can no longer find easily via same search engine since they think I’m following some kind of stupid trend of wasting good vodka on laundry, which will never happen in this house unless we get especially sloshy) and by kicking hard water minerals to the curb, which is great since they interfere with cleaning.Sodium Sesquicarbonate will precipitate the minerals, so you’re gonna want to use this with plenty of water to get a clean rinse.It does the job just fine – my concrete patio was a mess from gardening, spilled beverages and a generally industrious summer, and this brought back some brightness.You may be so impressed with the outdoor cleaning that you’ll want to bring it indoors. You can, just read the fine print on the package.KEEP IT AWAY FROM GLASS – can etch glass. Some people find this out the hard way by buying dish detergents and additives that unfortunately leave their glassware looking something awful.With smart use (READ THE DIRECTIONS) you’ve definitely got a five-star product here!

Great for cleaning outdoor stairs
I used Rutland TSP_PF to scrub of grime and mildew off of the stone stairs in front of my house. It was exceptionally easy to prepare. There is a scoop in the bag, and a little goes a long way. I used a bristle brush to scrub it in and rinsed it off with a hose. The stairs were instantly restored.I also tried it on a mildewy outside wall. The TSP cleaned it, but I noticed paint in the run-off water, so don’t use on painted surfaces. The company does not suggest you should, I just don’t want you to be like me!I also tried using it on chalked paint, as the advertising suggests it can be used for. We had done a chalk design our our sidewalk a couple years ago, using chalk paint. Nothing so far as cut through it. This formula cleaned the sidewalk around the design, and maybe broke down a little of the paint. I will give it another go, but I don’t think the TSP is the solution for this.This is a safer for the environment product that really does conquer some of those heftier deep cleaning products. Definitely a great and affordable cleanser to keep on hand.

Excellent cleaner, used for my backyard pavers works like a charm
Really easy to use this cleaner, it comes with a scoop, just scoop into a bucket with a gallon of hot water, mix and get to scrubbing. Takes some elbow grease to get the tough stains but works really well. The package is resealable too which is a nice touch. This cleaner is phosphate free too so you can trust itâs better for the environment! With the Rutland brand you really know your getting a good product here, and you definitely are, the cleaner works excellent, just take precautions with using this stuff because it is very strong. Make sure to read all product warnings before using it on anything fragile.Definitely would recommend this product!! Get it if you have some tough patio or other outdoor stains it works really well.

TSP without the P!!
TSP is well known to be an amazing cleaner for really difficult jobs; however it is also known to be not so good for the environment due to the phosphates it contains.This cleaner is like TSP but without phosphates!! As far as how well it cleans in comparison? Well, I would say it works as well or really close to it…I’m a convert!!

Great cleaner
I have always liked using tsp as a cleaner and find that this package and this product is on par with other products that I have used. I like that the bag is plastic so it doesn’t dry out and it doesn’t clump up. This works well as a cleaner for my walls and for outside and does the same job as other higher priced products. This is high quality and I definitely recommend it if you are looking for tsp cleaner

TSP cleaner
I followed the directions for this cleaner and I was surprised at how well it did. I didn’t think that any cleaner that was “environmentally safe” would clean as well as this does. I used it on my driveway to clean up some oil drips. It didn’t completely remove the stains but then I don’t believe that there is anything that will. I’m satisfied with how well it cleans and I look forward to using it again.
