… design mistake I think is that the wand is easily knocked off
A serous design mistake I think is that the wand is easily knocked off. Since the wand is the main route that dirt is transferred from the floor, you could be vacuum dust and dirt into the air and not into the bag. If I had this at my business it would definitely not stand up to day-to-day usage.

Great suction and easy to use. This is being used in a restaurant setting with and works well with picking up food particles.

You get what you pay for
This machine is very well built, the autoheight adjustment works well. We are using this vacuum in a hotel catering operation ,needless to say it is getting some use and we have had no issues. The machine is pretty quiet as well. I would recommend this vaccum but buy some extra bags, they are smaller but helps in the slim design.

Buy this if you only need a vacuum cleaner that lasts a year
Buy this if you only need a vacuum cleaner that lasts a year. This vacuum is powerful, and looks durable. From the start I noticed a problem with the cord though, which has a bad habit of twisting itself into knots. Despite numerous attempts to detangle the power cord, and consistent efforts to prevent further tangling, it eventually got away from us and became unassailable. Less than a month after that point, the vacuum simply refused to start any longer. At a guess, the connection inside the housing probably became frayed or pulled loose from the tension of the constantly tangling power cord.In any case, if you plan on needing a vacuum for longer than a year, look elsewhere.

Automatic height adjustment not good
I purchased the 15″ and also a 12″ of this model. Happy with the 12″ but not at all with the 15″. It has an automatic height adjustment on the 15″ and will not pick up debris very well at all. It spits out ice melt when trying to vacuum it up and has to be gone over and over to get the job done. Will not purchase this again.

One of the best vacuum we’ve ever owned.
Best vacuum we’ve owned. So much so we now have 3 of them. My family are classic clean freaks. Generally used panasonic commercial series, Oreck and Sanitaire. I think this compares with all of the ones above. Great price point, great vacuum.
