This stuff really freaking works !!
My bedroom was so infested with dog urine. I had an old dog that was senile and heâd pee and then my other 2 dogs would follow. I didnât even know where they were urinating. I just knew my carpets were nasty and I would get horrible migraines from the smell. I had shampooed my carpets several times before and it would just smell again after the carpet dried. I looked up this product watched reviews and it has a ð¯% guarantee so I said what did I have to lose? I used it according to instructions ,but I did use a spray bottle in areas I thought would be problem areas. Not even really knowing where exactly the urine was. I just smelled urineâ¦ I sprayed product I let that sit for 30 minutes then used the product in my machine as directed. This product doesnât smell strong or overwhelming , after my carpets dried I vacuumed all of them as directed and OH MY GOD IT WORKED !!! Iâm so happy!! I even used it to clean my base boards and my tile floors. No sticky residue nothing , just good smelling carpets. I highly recommend using it. I donât have cats so I donât know how it would work on cat urine, but it completely works on dog pee. I will be buying more if my dogs are bad boys in the future. Excellent excellent excellent product. Iâm just amazed!!

Smells awesome, does a great job, but…
I love the scent – its my favorite of all the brands I’ve purchased because of my retarded cat. It seems to do a pretty good job according to my black light as well. The only reason it lost a star is that I think you need more product for that price – its pretty high – especially for people like us with an old cat who’s apparently forgotten where to pee. But he still uses it for bowel movements – which is strange.Anyway, enough about el retardo – this is a good product and I recommend it highly. I just wish I got more.

It freaking works.
Iâm so sorry I didnât take a before picture. I never do reviews but was this impressed with the results. I got this to clean my carpet because my dog is an a-hole. Cute but the little brat peed on the other side of my room and I wanted to get it clean and sanitized. I really like the spot remover and i decided this would be great for a bigger deep clean.But the doorway: this was practically black from foot traffic. The carpet was a different color just right here. There was a spot where I stepped on a packet of sauce and didnât get it up. Deeply ingrained black gross stain. I was thinking about getting a rug to hide it. So I put some of the spot treatment down on the worst spots and ran my bissell over it. Look at it! You canât tell there was ever a problem. Thatâs remarkable. 10/10 will continue to buy. Holy crap itâs impressive.Additionally the lack of soapy residue isnât there. The carpet feels like clean carpet not that weird forgot to rinse kinda stiffness.

Like the smell but cat still pees
Works ok. After a week or two the cat goes back to peeing in the same spot.

It works!!
I used this shampoo with my Hoover Powerwash + carpet cleaner to wash my carpets. It was able to get old set in stains out of my carpet (last time my carpets were deep cleaned was 7 years ago). I used this as a pretreat for the whole area and I saturated stained areas and scrubbed lightly with a brush. It was effective on leaving a nice clean scent that gets rid of any musty smell as well!!The only thing is that after you spray the carpet with this solution (I used 3oz: 1 gallon water), use the rinse and extract feature of the carpet cleaner right away as this solution dries immediately and encapsulates dirt into clumps which clogged my extractor. The encapsulated dirt is easily vacuumed after your carpets are dry which is a major plus.

This is a must!!!
I had to buy this product because of an elderly dog issue. My boy had peed all the way around my bed and it got the rug underneath soaked with urine for I don’t know how long. I was nose blind in my house to the smell but when I would walk through My front door I could smell dog pee but I could never find it and when I did I was shocked and upset but with the use This company’s products the smell is gone completely no residue, My rug looks new it got out all the stains all the odor all the creepiness. Did not just mask it but ma’am this cleaned the crap out of it. I am so impressed I am a fan for life and a customer for life now and I’ve even shared some of the product with friends so they can see how good it works. It was nice to walk on the rug when I was done where before I used to get like a residue that left it sticky but this one is clean and soft but I do say that you need to rinse with cold water after you shampoo the final time. Just an absolute great product
