This is my first robot vacuum so my experience is limited, but I think I can offer a first-time-buyer viewpoint.I wanted to get a robot vacuum without breaking the bank and I expected this would likely cost me some features or conveniences, which it did. I got this unit for just over $100 on sale. I chose it over some competitors due to slightly higher suction rating and battery size. With the exception of a few low pile rugs, the only area I tasked this vacuum with were hard flooring, roughly 1000 square ft. No pets but 2 women with long blonde hair. The vacuum has run about 10 times now, which has given me somewhat of an idea for what I can expect.Suction power seems good enough. My cordless upright vacuum definitely has more suction, but that’s not a surprise when size is not restricted with an upright. It gets dust, hair and small debris just fine. The 3″ size fits well for going under the kitchen counters and coffee table. It’s not terribly loud when it runs, although you do get a constant sound of it bouncing into walls and furniture.Battery life has been between 60 and 70 minutes per cleaning session. Because of its randomness with where it travels (more on that in a minute), I’m not sure it is covering every inch of the area I’m using it for. This includes a kitchen (with eat-in area), large family room, hallway, foyer, formal living room. When it hits 10% battery left, it turns off the suction and the brushes and goes into a slower mode where it searches for the charging base. Out of 10 runs, it has failed to find the charger twice before running dead. Again, if you were tasking it with a smaller area, this likely wouldn’t be a problem. Emptying the dust/debris is very simple, as is using the remote and app. Do note that you need 2.4 GHz WiFi to set up the app.My main issue with this unit is its lack of intelligence. Again, I knew what I was probably NOT getting when hovering around the $100 mark, but I’m just sharing my observations. It seems to run completely randomly until it finds it’s bumping into things too frequently…then it goes into “follow the edge to my right” mode. This is a bit of a problem in my case because my kitchen has 2 entrances. So when this starts hugging the right edge, it can just make a full circle in and out of my kitchen…which I have seen it do 7 full laps before deciding to go somewhere else. So not that “smart’. It does not track where it is or has been (as I saw other units costing $20-30 more do) which would probably be helpful in reducing cleaning the same spot a bunch of times, making sure areas weren’t missed, as well as help it find the charger. This lack of intelligence is definitely where the cost differences come in to play.Overall, it’s a decent unit. I scheduled it to run a few times a week when there are minimal people home and I’m hoping in the course of a few runs it covers every area. I don’t feel like I was duped or shortchanged with this unit as it performs about like I expected. If I decide I want to move up to a more advanced vacuum in the future that tracks its position, I’ll likely task this one with a room or two (by closing the doors) and spend a little more to get those intelligence features. But as far as starter units go, she’s good enough for now.

I have the other version of this vacuum, the one without the mopping version and I’ve loved it from the first moment I opened it. I tell everyone that it’s one of my favorite things that I’ve ever gotten off Amazon. Until this one. 2 in one, best of both worlds!!!. Let’s start off with the price: not bad, especially for what you’re getting, for about half the cost of a roomba. These are my first cordless and self controlling vacuums and I will never go back to a normal one. I love that I can come home after a long day of work, just turn it on and let it do its thing. I have a cat and kids and the house is always upside down, stuff is always on the floor, cat hair, everything. You can use the remote control or the app on your phone to start it and the rest,it does itself. First it vacuums and then I use the washing floor setting to wash the floor. It’s silly but that part truly makes me so happy. You know you’re finally an adult when you get excited about vacuums 🤣 and home stuff that makes your life easier. This is definitely one of those things. At first I wasn’t really sure about the app because it was a mission to connect it to the internet, but if you’re having troubles with it, connect, or disconnect from your wifi a few times and reconnect, and it seems like it did the trick for me. I love that I can be in my room and just use the app to have it start without even getting up. The vacuum comes with the charger, the little spinny brushes, the remote, and the mopping part that’s like a little cloth/towel that attaches to the bottom of the vacuum which is what washes the floor. The only thing that I wish it had , was maybe some extra those little towels that attaches to the bottom because this one is very thin and I’m sure it won’t last long and doesn’t seem like you can make yourself a new one unless you’re skilled in stuff like that, or find them in stores. It’s very specific looking. I hope they sell those as extras , but I haven’t had the chance to see if they do yet. All in all, I’m soooooo extremely happy with it, and I will continue to rave to everyone about it. My brother is actually just about to move to a new place and I’m definitely gonna buy him one as a housewarming party, because who doesn’t love useful presents that you actually love and will use. And especially since he’s younger, & most young adults don’t want to waste their time cleaning the house, this will be perfect.

Absolutely love this vacuum!! We run it everyday! We have a very clean home but this vacuum finds everything it’s supposed too! Now we have wood floors throughout the entire house and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and again it works amazingly. How this works on carpet I cannot say unfortunately. Finds it way right back to the charging station when it runs low everytime. The extra brushes are great when the other ones finally wear out which is another plus. Easy to set up to Alexa and let it go. Definitely worth it!
