The order arrived in time. Once I opened it, the manual was helpful for quick set-up. You just need to attach the side brush, plug in the charging cable and it’s all set. Then, I downloaded the app and did the set-up which was really quick. I used the app to map my floor and it took around 30 minutes to map the whole floor with accuracy. This robot came with around 75% charge and it was enough to map the whole floor and one round of complete vacuum. It moved around on the hardwood floor and on the area rug effortlessly. It even identified obstacles like chairs and moved accordingly to cover all areas. It identified stares and didn’t fall on it. I really liked it and it came with great price. It also emptied the dust bag automatically after each vacuum.

I have bought a few less expensive products and they never last. This one is easy to set up and program. It’s mapping is on target and it picks up all the pet hair! I have it scheduled to clean daily. I would highly recommend

Great vacuum! Definitely surpassed my expectations
Now, to be completely transparent, I haven’t tried the mop part yet. But the vacuum part is 1,000 % worth the sale price alone that I got on this machine. The other machines I looked at were at least double the price and I couldn’t justify paying that much money. I had a robot vacuum 6 years ago and it drove me crazy because of how erratic the vacuuming pattern was. This machine vacuums in a pattern that makes sense, both for my OCD and for time management. It does get stuck on thicker cords, so just make sure those are out of the way. (or use the restricted area option on the phone app to make sure the vacuum doesn’t go in the area of the cords.) The suction is really great and I absolutely love that it empties itself into a bag. It has picked up things my upright vacuum would not pick up. (You will have to empty it after it does that because the foreign object will rattle around and make a lot of noise.But it is easily emptied.)I like that I can control and monitor the vacuum through my phone and can see where the machine is as it vacuums my house.At this point, the mop is just an added feature, so even if that is not great, it’s still worth every cent I paid. (I will update again once I try out the mop and can make an accurate review of that part of the machine.)The mapping of each room is really great. And once it maps out the layout of each room, each vacuum session takes less time. (The first one is a bit erratic as it’s configuring the best way to vacuum the area. So don’t judge the machine on the first try.) If you have different levels to your house like I do, it saves the other level’s layout so it doesn’t have to remap it every time you move your vacuum to a different level. You just have to switch which room you are vacuuming on the app on your phone.I saw that somebody complained about the base of the machine being too lightweight that the robot knocked it over….I have never had that problem. I have the base up against the wall and the machine effortlessly moves up against it to empty and recharge itself. Now, I have not tried the more expensive vacuum/mop combos, so I can not compare the differences of a more well known brand, but I can honestly say, so far to me, this machine has been worth every single penny. I’m very happy with it and I would recommend it. (It even acknowledges stairs and will not go over the edge.)

I love this. Itâs like having a tiny butler politely wipe my floors while I sip coffee and pretend Iâm fancy.What I really like is the obstacle avoidance. It knows to go around chair legs, toys, and the occasional sleeping human without a single complaint.
