Great vacuum robot with solid mopping features, but some limitations
I recently purchased this vacuum robot, and overall, I’m happy with it, especially for the price. Hereâs a breakdown of my experience:Pros:- Wet Mopping Feature: The wet mopping feature is definitely a standout. It really does a great job of cleaning hard floors, and I can see a noticeable difference after it runs.- Easy-to-Use App: The app is intuitive and simple to set up, making it easy to schedule cleaning or monitor the robot’s progress. You can even control the level of water used for mopping. Very straightforward interface.- Easy Docking: It docks itself easily, and the return to base is seamless. I donât have to worry about it getting stuck or forgetting to recharge.- Long Battery Life: The battery lasts surprisingly long, and it can handle multiple cleaning sessions before needing a recharge.Cons:- Not Great on Rugs: It struggles a bit when trying to go over thicker rugs or even small obstacles like wires or chair legs. It’s fine on hard floors but definitely has difficulty navigating certain areas.- Suction Power: The suction is decent but not particularly strong. It works well for light dust and debris, but it might not be enough for heavier dirt or pet hair on carpets.- App-Only Wet Mopping: You can only activate the wet mopping feature through the app, which is a bit inconvenient. It would have been nice if there was a physical button on the robot itself.- No Alexa Control: Unfortunately, itâs not compatible with Alexa, which is a bit of a letdown if you want voice control.Overall, this vacuum robot is excellent for regular cleaning and the wet mopping is a nice bonus, but if you have a lot of rugs or need stronger suction, this might not be the best fit for you. This robot vacuum is terrific! Its running noise is quiet, and the suction is very good. I have cats and it picks up all their fur both on hard floor and the carpet. The mop feature is very easy to use, the pad just snaps on where the brushes snap on. The water tank is next to the rubbish container and very easy to fill and empty. I put this little guy on a schedule , it vacuums twice a day and my floors look great. Highly recommend.

Powerful vacuum but also not too loud
I love the powerful suction to pick dust and debris. It works great on my low pile rug. The robot has mapping so makes the cleaning for efficient so it doesnât miss spots. Itâs great that also vacuum and mops. I like the two in one combo. The best part is that itâs not as loud for being a powerful vacuum.

This VIPSUN Robot Q10S exceeded my expectations. Its suction power is great! This model’s voice feature is great, you clean hands-free! It has a large water tank that covers more areas without refilling and has different settings for tough stains. The large mopping pad cleans more areas in less time. Automatic cleaning with powerful suction, great for multi-surface cleaning. I love to see it go home (to the base) when power is low for recharging. Works on carpet, tiled, and hardwood floors. You canât go wrong with this 2 in 1 mop vac!

Convenient and easy to use
We have two cats and a dog that sheds constantly and brings in dirt from being outside. This 2-in-1 vacuum is great for keeping the floors clean in between deep cleanings. I can tell a big difference between the 2-in-1 vs. just using a regular vacuum robot without the mopping feature. It does a great job transitioning between hard floor and our low pile rug. The suction is impressively powerful. The app makes it easy to start up while I am doing other tasks.
