    Saves a lot of time
At first I left a not so great review because my expectations of what a robot vacuum should be were not realistic. Robot vacuum cleaners are not perfect. They are inefficient in their movements and sometimes make no sense, but they vacuum your floors so you don’t have to and generally do a good job. A learning curve on the humans part is necessary. In the beginning my robovac would get caught up on things, but I eventually learned to vacuum-proof my house. This little vacuum is great because it gets under most of the furniture…which I was never able to do before. It also senses edges so it’s not likely to fall off of things, but I still won’t let it vacuum upstairs unsupervised because I don’t want to take that chance. I have not used the mop feature and not sure that I will. The container is not large so it would likely have to be emptied several times. I may try it some day though. The app is not really necessary unless you want to schedule cleanings while you’re gone. I had that set up for awhile, but the power went out and now the vacuum doesn’t want to talk to the app. I think I read that you have to reset your router when that happens, but it’s not worth messing with…I just do it manually. The remote control is nice, but I wish there was a way to make the vacuum go in a straight line. That’s the only feature it’s missing that I would like to see. Anyway, it’s good over all. Very user friendly. If you have pets or kids it’s a must. I don’t think I’ll ever be without a robovac again!

JUNK – at this price point – Read before buying
You really get what you pay for when it comes to robot vacuums, but this one is really overpriced for how bad it actually performs. You’d expect a lot better performance for $135. If it were a $70 vacuum I’d expect the issues I had:1) It has no mapping feature in the software – the app is a general app for all Tuya smarthome products with little support for this robot. Just basic controls. With that said, this robot just aimlessly roams around your house bumping into things, getting stuck often. It WILL get stuck. Very frustrating watching it spin in circles over the same small area, while it never goes to other areas the entire time. My apartment is only 750 sq/ft so this should not be an issue for such a small area. Other robots will learn your floor plan after repeated use and become more efficient, this one does not.2) battery life isn’t great, and since it stays in the same area for so long, the battery will run low and return to the charging base before it’s cleaned the entire area. It also takes a very long time to recharge. It also has a very hard time even finding the charging base, and will just spin in circles getting further away from it.3) Mopping feature is useless. The water tank is small and awkward, while you’re filling it the water leaks out the 2 holes on either end. Very frustrating having water go everywhere before you’ve even started to clean. Once installed the mopping feature is very confusing how to operate. If you have it enabled during vacuuming it will vacuum over areas that are wet since it goes in circles so much and sucks the moisture into the dirt part of the tank which makes the filter and screen muddy and damp. ‘Mop Only’ mode puts down a ton of water, and again, since it tends to roam around the same area for a long time, the small tank of water will run out dry before it even makes it to other areas. So half your floor is soaked and the other half is untouched.4) Dirt tank is horrible! It’s very small. When you remove it from the robot to empty, debris will fall right out onto your floor unless you hold it a certain way. Door to empty it is difficult to open. You basically have to delicately carry it to a trash can and hold the whole thing inside the trash can while emptying it to avoid making a huge mess.I never tried the scheduling feature because I couldn’t trust it to run unattended. It was easy to unbox, install and setup. Suction was good. In conclusion, this is the mopping robot you would expect to get from Temu for $60 or less. I returned mine for a refund.

    Not so good for carpets
It works the best on bare floors. Not so much on carpets. But it does a decent job mopping.

    Vacuum works, mopping isn’t great
The vacuum pics up lots of debris off of my hardwood floor. But the mapping isn’t intuitive and it tends to stay in the same area despite an open concept house. It gets tangled up on stuff and can’t find its way back to its charger. The debris container broke with in a month or so after regular use. We taped it closed which isn’t ideal since it’s small and needs to be emptied after 1-2 uses. The mopping feature is leaky and doesn’t seem to be very effective. I purchased my second EUFY robo-vacuum and still prefer it to this one.

    Good entry level device
Simple device. Nice tactile button to start, remote is a bit of a gimmick but it’s better for those who dislike bending over (which you would have to do to empty the bin anyways)Nice loud distinguishable beep when starting or having an error (in the event it eats your sock or cables)

This is going to be a life saver!
I only received this little guy yesterday and set it up a few hours ago. I made (many) failed attempts to set up the app last night, and unfortunately struggled with it this morning as well. Thankfully I was able to get it to sync to the app, which is easier than the remote, as the buttons on the remote are not labeled. We have 2 cats and a dog so the amount of hair lost by the animals (and us) is pretty substantial. I am chronically ill, so sometimes sweeping and mopping are simply too much, so the floors tend to get dirty quickly. I am unable to bend or even move some days because of my back issues, so the fact that this does it’s own thing including putting itself back on the charger is very helpful when I am not having a good day. The app doesn’t give you any sort of notification when there is an error such as the main brush being blocked, so you just hear beeping from somewhere random, or worse, you just hear it turn off and it doesn’t make any noise so it can be difficult to find it. The pros greatly out weigh the cons, which are merely small inconveniences.
