Was a great product to begin with. Loved the mop function. I was determined to keep this emptied and cleaned, which I did. almost 3 months later and the functions are not working. I tried everything to get the mopping function to work again with no help from Amazon or the seller.Another Dislike that I ignored to begin with bc I liked the product… It will NOT go back to the holder
