small but smart
I’m so happy with my new Roborock floor-cleaning robot that I bought on Black Friday! It’s small, smart, and beautiful. It addresses all of the problems I had with my previous two robots: 1) I don’t have to add water or clean dirty pools frequently. 2) It automatically cleans and dries the mop. 3) It can clean corners. 4) It’s more sensitive to objects. 5) It’s quieter.

Mi robot es maravilloso, todas las maÃ±anas hago una revisiÃ³n rÃ¡pida de la casa y la pongo a trabajar, guardÃ© dos mapas en la app ya que mi casa es de dos niveles y puedo cambiarla muy fÃ¡cil a trabajar arriba o abajo. Mis pisos son de mÃ¡rmol y con el detergente especial de la marca quedan muy bien y tambiÃ©n limpia sin problema los tapetes de caucho del gimnasio. En la app restringÃ algunas habitaciones que suelen ser caÃ³ticas en casa como el lavadero y solo programo la limpieza de esta Ã¡rea cuando ya he hecho una revisiÃ³n previa de que no haya obstÃ¡culos mayores. Limpia todos los rincones y me ahorra muuuuuucho trabajo.

ComprÃ© el S8 Max, limpia de maravilla, pero duro apenas 1 dÃa y comenzÃ³ con error 56, dice que supuestamente tiene algo atorado en el sistema de mopa, busquÃ© y busquÃ© y nada, derroentw volviÃ³ a funcionar pero ya no levanta la mopa al moverse y volviÃ³ a presentar el error 56, ni 3 dÃas de uso. Limpia muy muy bien pero me dio la peor experiencia despuÃ©s de haber comprado el S7. Y lo peor de todo es que la devoluciÃ³n hay que pagarla, amazon solo reembolsa 400.00 pesos lo cual es una burla. Un producto de 24,000 pesos que deja de funcionar al dÃa siguiente es una terrible experiencia y peor sin poderlo regresar de forma sencilla y que no sea muy muy costosa.

Bad design no trust Chinese made product
Bad design, second try on it fails. Water flush all over cradle it spill out all over my brand new wood floor. Very disappointed!After supporting team encourage me of the way the assist and help to overcome my dissatisfaction. I agree to give the product another trial. I have been done testing it daily to see any issue. Also, They have tried to their best to support my needed. I decide to rerate it because of this support. I hope this is lesson learn for them to ensure their product is tested and passed all functions before shipping or selling to customer!2nd unit sent out, after 10-12 time cleaning, it has started leaking water, same issue to first one. Even I did request design team to send me a report of how to overcome this issue but no response. I plan to return this unit for good. This junk design, bad reputation. QA/QE team should be getting fired! No quality, no testing before selling the product. Chinese made product needs to improve by testing before selling it out. It is weak product with a lot of design issue. It is not ACCEPTABLE to be failed twice in the same issue (leaking water). Who is going to pay my beautiful wood floor damaged by bad design. I gave up on your product. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND OR THIS MODEL EVER!!!!

Solid vacuum and mop, app could be better.
So weâve had the Roborock S8 Ultra vacuum and mop we bought on Prime Day for about 3 months and I gotta say itâs pretty awesome. The vacuum is faster and quieter than our old Roomba i7+ and I think it does a better job. We have it running in different rooms throughout the week, so itâs running about 80 minutes at most vs the almost 3 hours it took the old Roomba. The mop works out well for cleaning the hard floors and we really like that it washes and dries the mop after cleanings so it doesnât get funky. The auto empty on the vacuum and auto fill and empty for water and detergent on the mop is super convenient. The app isnât as intuitive as the Roomba app, but I think itâs more useful once you learn it. Only reason for the mark down from five stars because the app is not as easy to use.If you end up looking for a robot vacuum, itâs a solid choice, especially if you can score it on sale.

WOW. I am âflooredâ by the intelligence and capability of this little robot vacuum, which Iâve lovingly named âRondaâ (she/her).1) Navigation – She sees my dogs and avoids them. Theyâre highly reactive sheep herding dogs and havenât barked at her once. She âcommands the roomâ.2) Vacuuming – Pet hair was a fact of my life. It was always on my feet, in my socks, and all over the floors. Ronda has changed all that. Her sucking capacity is well beyond that of any competitor (8000 Pa). The Flexi-arm helps get into those hard-to-reach spots.3) Mopping – After vacuuming, she will deep clean / scrub your floors with exceptional proficiency. This erases the little spills of the week. Show me another mop that vibrates 4000 times per minute.4) Maintenance – There practically is none! Sheâs good for 6+ weeks and then you change her dust bin / water and sheâs happy. The dock automatically cleans her, empties the waste bin, charges her, and does all the things that would otherwise be such a chore.5) App – The app is so smart and shows you the map built of your home. It allows you to set custom cleaning routines (by room or area for different times of the day) and control her with a flick of the wrist!I cannot recommend this product highly enough, as it is far superior to the competitors, who havenât innovated nearly as much.

Mop and vacuum combo that is truly hands-free!!
Finally, a mop and vacuum combo that works well and is truly hands-off. Once you plumb the device to water intake and sewer outflow, the mop fills itself, washes the mop, and drains out the excess. It also emptiea the vacuum into a bag that you will need to replace but very infrequently. With two large dogs and a constantly muddy back yard, this product is a lifesaver.

Needed replacing within 3 months
Update: the vacuum has been replaced and is working well. Roborock also offered to buy back the vacuum or refund some of the cost as compensation **with additional money back for an increase in their star rating**__________________________________________Roborock customer service is great, I will say that. But this is my third roborock vacuum and probably my least favorite.It has some great features which necessitate me continuing to use it, like the high lifting mop. It also can vacuum all carpet before mopping, which is fantastic, and if they set the software of my old vacuum to allow that, then I wouldn’t even need a high lifting mop. But, they don’t. That’s one of the frustrations I have with roborock, is even though all vacuums use the same app, software features (like dictating order of rooms to be vacuumed or doing carpet first) is different on all three vacuums.The mop washing feature on this is awful. If I could just auto fill the mop and manually change the mop pad I would. But it’s not an option. It uses so much water, and tears up the mop pad. It seems to get it clean, but I’d just rather throw the pads in the washing machine.The vacuum is pretty quiet and does a good job, but I’m really just not a fan of the mop washing or the fact that I had to send the entire setup back within 3 months because the mop washing/emptying feature broke (leaving a bunch very dirty water on the floor to clean).
