High performing Vacuum Mop
Let me start by saying I’ve owned many robot vacuums beginning with an early release Roomba, advanced capability Roombas, two Neato D6 units, and now this Roborock unit. Each has been a newer iteration of the previous unit with additional capabilities.However, the leap in functionality, ease of use, intelligence, and the mopping feature, puts this Roborock unit leaps and bounds above anything I’ve owned before.It’s much quieter than the other units and because of its lidar vision and ability to detect obstacles instead of thumping into them like my previous Neato, (named Thumper, for obvious reasons) it allows me to schedule cleaning during the night.Navigation is far superior and does a good job of mapping your house without bumping into chair legs and baseboards.The app is intuitive and easy to use, plus it provides great flexibility when doing room or spot cleanings as needed.I’m very, very pleased with this vac mop!One thing to mention, though…. The base unit takes up a lot of space. Pay attention to the measurements and make sure you have a suitable location for the base.Suction is excellent and the entire vacuum and base are sturdy and well made. No flimsy plastic parts to break or lose.

This is my second robot vacuum of the same model, and I couldnât be happier with it! It does an excellent job reaching corners and cleaning thoroughly. Itâs so convenient, time-saving, and effortless to use. I absolutely love it, and this time, I got it at a great deal too!

So disappointing
I was so excited to upgrade my cheapo robot vac to this smart vac that empties/refills/cleans itself. Right out of the box setup was super simple. It took no time at all to get it up and running. I had it start mapping my house right away. I was amazed at how you can tell how much smarter this thing is compared to my old one. It got under my 6 chair dining table effortlessly and without continuously bumping the legs. I was impressed, unfortunately that quickly changed. The first thing I noticed is how far of a margin it leaves between any wall/baseboard/furniture it passes next to, about 2 inches. I have hard wood floors and I hate that it doesnt have the extending mop heads to get up to the baseboards and my entertainment stand. I wish I had realized this and went for a different model. The next thing I noticed was the style brush it uses to vacuum with sucks, no pun intented, it’s trash. I would much rather cut hair off of a bristle brush every once in a while than have to put this thing in remote control mode just to see it get a black fuzz off my rug after it went over it twice on its own. And finally, I purchased this on 11/30, it is now 12/17 and I have officially put in for a refund. Initially, even though i was not fully satisfied I intended to just keep it since I had used it several times and honestly didn’t want to deal with the hassel of packing it up and taking it to UPS. However today it decided I no longer have a choice. I opened the app and set it to clean my living room and kitchen. I noticed almost immediately something wasn’t right. The vacuum raises and lowers itself to adjust for flooring types but it seems one of the wheels on my vac has jammed or given out and is stuck in the elevated position while the other one is in the lowered position. This has completely thrown the robot out of whack. It can barely get off of the base and once it does it just drives around aimlessly on what sounds like full power but it isnt vacuuming anything up and the mop heads were spinning but it wasn’t mopping (no water trail). When I told it to return to the dock it said it was positioning and then it would spin around in place for a minute and then tell me positioning failed (multiple times!!). Then it would make it 90% into the base just to drive right back out in front of it and spin around a bunch and fail positioning again. I had to help it back to base. They are asking EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS for this thing. That is a lot of money for a vacuum to me… And it lasted TWO WEEKS!! I live in an 1100sqft ranch. One level. No kids, 1 cat. How in the world this thing just up and started malfunctioning is just mindblowing to me. I guess I am just grateful it decided to kick it while still in the return window! This is a bridge burned for me with roborock, trust = broken. I think I will be purchasing the dream L 20 instead and giving that a go. Wish me luck haha.

Apesar de caro o robô , ele vale muito a pena. Já tive um robô da Kabum e ele não durou 6 meses. Comprei esse robô porque tenho 3 cachorros dentro de casa e está valendo cada centavo. O aplicativo funciona muito bem, o robô é muito inteligente, consegue desviar facilmente das coisas, passa pano muito bem. A casa está se mantendo limpa com ele. Recomendo.

Only had it a day but loving it already. Fast and easy to setup. Clean and dirty water tanks easy to remove for filling and cleaning at the sink. Great job of first room mapping although drawing a manual line break between rooms a little tricky. Many options for choosing floor type and app suggests tweaks after cleaning each room. Many options for general settings e. g. vacuum power, mop washing interval , mop drying time, after meal cleaning and on and on. Solid build and excellent design work. I returned a cheaper wannabe when the wifi quit working and that was a favour to me stepped up big price-wise but worth it for quality and features.

¿Por dónde empezar? Siempre dudé en comprar un robot de limpieza. Anteriormente tuve uno, de los económicos, y no me fue mal, pero le faltaban muchas cosas porque vivo en una casa de dos pisos, no encontraba la base a veces, etc.Hoy te puedo decir que después de mucho investigar, este Roborock es una maravilla, la app es fácil de usar, prácticamente no tienes que armar nada, la aspiradora se conecta sin problemas al wifi, el mapeo es sencillo… Amigos, recomendado ampliamente.Primero, llegó un dÃa antes de la fecha prevista (se agradece demasiado). Como mencioné, solo fue poner la base para que se subiera la aspiradora y listo, no hay más que armar. Colocas agua en el tanque de agua limpia y viene una bolsa ya colocada en donde vacÃa el polvo.La app es fácil de usar, de inmediato pude configurar el robot y sincronizarlo al wifi mediante las instrucciones.Ya una vez listo, tienes que dejar cargando el robot para después hacer el mapeo del piso (guarda hasta 4 mapas o plantas).El mapeo… Levanta todo lo que tengas en el piso para que sea eficiente y rápido, abre las puertas de los cuartos que te interesa limpiar… Cuando acabe el mapa, es fácil hacer la división en la app entre sala, comedor, cocina, pasillos, etc. Colocas los muebles que tengas, colocas paredes invisibles, entre otras cosas y listo.Te recomiendo primero que mandes aspirar una o dos veces antes de que trapeé. Mi piso es difÃcil, queda opaco y se nota si está mal trapeado, tuve que probar un par de veces la opción de solo trapear (o fregar, como aparece en la app) y tuve que personalizar la cantidad de agua a muy baja para que quedara perfecto.No sirve para evitar la limpieza profunda, mantiene muy (sÃ, muy) limpio, pero las esquinas no quedan tan bien, y cuando hay manchas en el piso, con una servilleta húmeda se puede quitar antes de mandar trapear. Además, faltarÃa limpiar la parte de las paredes invisibles y zonas prohibidas.Se puede programar la limpieza (qué maravilla), lo puedes poner a solo aspirar, solo trapear, aspirar y trapear, modo de IA y rutinas, limpiar todo, por habitaciones, zonas, y cada cosa con la fuerza de aspirado, nivel de humedad de las mopas, si quieres que dea rápido, normal, profundo o muy profundo, etc.Estamos pensando en comprar otro roborock, de verdad hace las cosas extremadamente bien!Una vez que lo tengas, sinceramente, no te arrepentirás, es una inversión fuerte, pero vale cada centavo. No hay nada mejor que al levantarte por las mañana ver todo limpio.

Ãtimo produto.Tenho 3 gatos e só de não ter que passar o aspirador manual todo dia já me ajuda bastante, e a parte de passar pano é excelente para o que ele se dispõe a fazer.Se não fosse o imposto do amor com certeza o seria mais barato.Recomendo a compra.Chegou bem antes do prazo que estava para o dia 4 de janeiro, o produto foi entregue no dia 11.

La aspiradora es muy buena, es inteligente, puedes hacer todo desde la app, obvio esta limitada al no extender el cepillo y la mopa como también tener la cámara pero ya en eso su precio se sube el doble y la agarré en muy buena oferta. Lo malo es que el lÃquido limpiador no lo vende Roborock como tal por lo que los vendedores externos lucran muchÃsimo con el, prefiero esperar con calma. Yo coloco agua destilada en el tanque ya que el agua de México desafortunadamente es muy mineral y no quiero echarlo a perder.Si lo van a comprar, mucho ojo, tomen captura de pantalla del costo ya que cuando van a pagar les cobra por segunda ocasión impuestos y envÃo, yo hablé con el personal de amazon y me dijeron que se reembolsa el cual asi fue, pero si uno no se pone a las vivas ya saben… camarón que se duerme…
