Stopped working properly
Loved it at first, then after about 3 days of use, the robot only wanders around “positioning” and doesn’t clean. The support wants me to video it, here you go. I don’t want to jump through hoops and remap every time this happens. Apparently the issue happens to others of you search the problem on Google. Too bad, it was good while it functioned. It literally worked and then minutes later started failing. I will return it.Poor customer service.
