Worth the money
We have owned this 9/1 this works really good, if you have pets and hardwood floors with some carpet you will find this picks up a lot of dirt and hair.The bag will fill up and when it is full it will have a ton of compacted hair and dirt. If you want to vacuum it out you can you will not believe how much that bag holds. It is easier to just toss the bag and put a new one in but I choose to clean it out with my vacuum cleaner. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes get it all stuff out of the bag.

My Roborock Vacuum does not work.
I called Roborock customer service and they advised me that this device is defective. I’m working with them presently, but I’m not going to waste much more. If Roborock doesn’t engage me soon, I will return this product.

So far this is the best robot vacuum I’ve owned
The good:able to climb on my medium pile carpet without getting stuck and kicks into high gearThe pattern in which it vacuums is very efficient. I can see the pattern in my carpet and it’s really nice. It doesn’t have ADD like the rest of my old ones and cleans one area before venturing off.Love the room mappingAble to schedule different rooms on different days at different times using different suctionHas significantly better suction than my old you’d be, Eco vac, or LefantThe cons:It’s pretty loud.Wish there were just an edge cleaning feature, but I can live with that.

Self-empty hardly works
The self-emptying feature doesn’t work very well, so after a few uses the vacuum’s dust bin gets full and it basically stops cleaning and just spreads crumbs and dust around the house. It doesn’t have any sort of sensor to know that it’s lost suction.I could see it working well if all you need to clean is dust, but if anyone in your family has long hair or if you have pets that shed a lot, all that hair will form big wads that block the hole in the dust bin that the dock tries to suck everything out of, and then it just won’t empty the dust bin anymore.

Works good
I love this thing. Should have got one years ago.Its a little big and so cannot get into all the nooks and corners, but it does get under furniture. The phone app is hard to use, I had to google to figure out how to do basic things. It took a long time to modify the maps to keep it from running over power cords and stuff. But after all that, it cleans the floors while I do something else.

Dock not working customer supports is slow
Arrived missing 4 screws, the screwdriver and the roller cleaning tool. Auto empty does not work. Customer service started with a phone call now emails where I have to repeatedly say the same thing with responses being very slow despite being told twice my ticket was being escalated and it would be resolved by the end of yesterday…..The vacuum itself works well but if this isn’t resolved soon I’ll be returning it…….Update customer service did replace it, email response came in the middle of the night for me so it took a few days and a handful of photos to get things sorted.

Excellent and easy to use
I donât know what else you would ask for from a robot vacuum at this price point. I can voice control it with Siri, and it just works. The dustbin size is just fine. Itâs not that hard to empty the dustbin after it vacuumed your house. I could probably have it vacuum two or three times before having to do the dustpan if I wanted. I would highly recommend!

Stopped connecting to wifi after six months
Disconnected from wifi due to software update and now unable to connect. Do not recommend and wonât buy another from them either.
