Bought this cool little helper during the Black Friday Amazon super deal and loving it so far, far better than other brands of robotic vacuum I have owned.Setting up using the attached sheet is easy. I would suggest you wait for a full charge and then finish the rest of the setup. Mapping is decently accurate and you can customize the map so it doesnât clean the areas you want it to clean. It supports multiple levels, the only manual step you have to do is to carry it to the desired area and when it is done, put it back to the level where the dock is and hit âGo Homeâ button.Here are the best features I am really impressed.First of all, it is smart, it clean the whole area in a logical way, for example, it start with the edges and then clean big chunks of area back and forth like mowing the lawn. It knows the difference between permanent obstacles ( such as furniture leg, stair) vs temporary obstacles( shoes, toys )Second of all, it is able to clean the surface very well. Very strong suction power and feel stronger than my Dyson. Vacuum and mopping in one pass greatly reduce dust, particles on the floor and air quality in the house improved because of that.Third of all, it supports multiple ways of control and wherever and whenever. You could schedule it, voice control in your own language, or even when you are on a trip.I would highly recommend everyone to this product, you wonât regret.

He de aceptar que al principio estaba muy escÃ©ptico de que fuera a funcionar; pero con la primera limpieza me convenciÃ³ al 1000%, tenemos 2 perros que pelechan bastante y una vez que activamos la roborock, mi casa luce impecable, barre y aspira perfectamente, muy fÃ¡cil de usar y la activas o programas cuando tu quieras. La mopa para trapear no es su fuerte, pero si tus pisos no se manchan mucho, tambiÃ©n puede funcionar, pero insisto, lo mejor es su potencia de aspirado. Yo hice la tarea de investigar muchas marcas y la roborock me sorprendiÃ³!!

I lucked out! Got it on the the Amazon black day promotion for $249.991) Hardware setup: I followed the instructions on the large startup sheet (relatively easy, even for me).2) App Installation (Easy) : I installed the app on my Android phone3) App registration and signon: This was the hardest part. My password(s) were never strong enough, worked after 5-6 attempts. Who would want to hack into my robot cleaner anyway?4) Connecting new device to WIFI: As for any new device, have your WIFI credentials ready (WIFI name and password). Connecting was a little tricky. It took 2 or 3 attempts before I got that beautiful green text indicating “successful connection”.5) Operation: I’m not going to spoil the fun; except to say that this little guy is a joy to watch. I set it on “FULL” from my app. It ran for an hour and guess what! It really does clean and my wife is overjoyed. We have a “shedding” Shiba Inu dog; must I say more?Update: Sorry to spoil the fun, but you have to do a thorough cleaning or the unit may not function well See the many You Tube videos for the RoboRock Q5 Pro !!!

What I love most is it almost never gets stuck and I don’t have to remember to empty the container. for a while. Does well with hair and cleaning hair out of rollers takes 2 minutes, great design. Does a whole floor of 1300 sq ft with 65% battery left.Programming is almost very good, with a few minor tricky things, but generally very intuitive. Suction is adequate to all surfaces, not too loud but loud enough that it’s hard to watch TV with it around. Does a really good job with minor omissions sometimes, cleaned 100% if I ran it twice, especially if there was a lot of dirt on the floor. Didn’t try the mop as it’s basically dragging a wet sponge, I’d get the rotating mops in that case for better efficiencyIt would probably not pass the dog-poo test, but I don’t run it unattended

The product is probably nice and effective, but the seller is selling it in Saudi market where the voltage is incompatible to the functioning of the product. They should not sell it in a market which is not right for the product!

I LOVE THIS ROBOT VAC
I can’t love this little thing enough!!! I have a 200lb English Mastiff and getting the dog hair off the floor is a HUGE DAILY job, I also have 2 yorkies and a toy schnauzer, my mastiff leaves a pile of dog hair throughout my house about the size of one my little dogs and this little vac not only keeps the dog hair off the floor but keeps me from having to run around with a freaking broom or stick vac every single day. I love the app and the easy scheduling. My house is 2000 sq ft and it took about 15 minutes to map out my house and another 10 minutes to set the schedule up. It cleans under my bed and dressers (which I was surprised by as it’s a bit tall). The mopping feature is ok, it does the job and makes the house smell nice, it’s basically dragging a wet rag around the house as it mops. It doesn’t scrub the floor, I prefer to scrub the floor, so, you’ll still have to do that yourself once a week and I’m ok with that.This thing is worth every penny.

Great vacuum, But not without flaws
After using the Roborock Q5 Pro Plus for a while, Iâve got some mixed feelings. On one hand, itâs incredibly powerful, maybe too powerful at times. This vacuum will suck up childrens socks, and other large items without warning you. It doesnât tell you when somethingâs jammed in the rollers, so itâll just stop cleaning until you notice somethings wrong & check on it. You definitely have to keep an eye on it more than normal for a robot vacuum.Another thing to watch out for is the waste tray. While it does a great job picking up dirt and debris, it doesnât always empty the entire tray automatically, so youâll need to check and clear it manually from time to time.That said, when itâs working without interruptions, it cleans very thoroughly. The navigation is amazing, and it moves around the house efficiently. The app controls are a nice touch, allowing you to customize the cleaning schedule and set no-go zones, which is great if youâve got certain areas you want it to avoid.Overall, itâs a good vacuum if you donât mind checking on it fairly often. Just keep an eye out for it swallowing your socks!
