We bought the Roborock Q5 Pro+ specifically for our second floor (carpeted), and it has performed exceptionally well compared to our old midrange iRobot. The suction power is far superior, pulling up dust and crumbs with ease. It handles carpets like a pro and leaves them looking refreshed.The navigation is smooth and precise, and it doesn’t get stuck around furniture. The auto-empty dock is a total game-changer – no more frequent bin-emptying! The app is super user-friendly, letting us schedule cleanings and set no-go zones effortlessly.Overall, this robot vacuum is a fantastic upgrade. It’s reliable, efficient, and very cost-effective for what it delivers. Highly recommend!

Great vacuum, But not without flaws
After using the Roborock Q5 Pro Plus for a while, I’ve got some mixed feelings. On one hand, it’s incredibly powerful, maybe too powerful at times. This vacuum will suck up childrens socks, and other large items without warning you. It doesn’t tell you when something’s jammed in the rollers, so it’ll just stop cleaning until you notice somethings wrong & check on it. You definitely have to keep an eye on it more than normal for a robot vacuum.Another thing to watch out for is the waste tray. While it does a great job picking up dirt and debris, it doesn’t always empty the entire tray automatically, so you’ll need to check and clear it manually from time to time.That said, when it’s working without interruptions, it cleans very thoroughly. The navigation is amazing, and it moves around the house efficiently. The app controls are a nice touch, allowing you to customize the cleaning schedule and set no-go zones, which is great if you’ve got certain areas you want it to avoid.Overall, it’s a good vacuum if you don’t mind checking on it fairly often. Just keep an eye out for it swallowing your socks!

Bought this cool little helper during the Black Friday Amazon super deal and loving it so far, far better than other brands of robotic vacuum I have owned.Setting up using the attached sheet is easy. I would suggest you wait for a full charge and then finish the rest of the setup. Mapping is decently accurate and you can customize the map so it doesn’t clean the areas you want it to clean. It supports multiple levels, the only manual step you have to do is to carry it to the desired area and when it is done, put it back to the level where the dock is and hit “Go Home” button.Here are the best features I am really impressed.First of all, it is smart, it clean the whole area in a logical way, for example, it start with the edges and then clean big chunks of area back and forth like mowing the lawn. It knows the difference between permanent obstacles ( such as furniture leg, stair) vs temporary obstacles( shoes, toys )Second of all, it is able to clean the surface very well. Very strong suction power and feel stronger than my Dyson. Vacuum and mopping in one pass greatly reduce dust, particles on the floor and air quality in the house improved because of that.Third of all, it supports multiple ways of control and wherever and whenever. You could schedule it, voice control in your own language, or even when you are on a trip.I would highly recommend everyone to this product, you won’t regret.

He de aceptar que al principio estaba muy escéptico de que fuera a funcionar; pero con la primera limpieza me convenció al 1000%, tenemos 2 perros que pelechan bastante y una vez que activamos la roborock, mi casa luce impecable, barre y aspira perfectamente, muy fácil de usar y la activas o programas cuando tu quieras. La mopa para trapear no es su fuerte, pero si tus pisos no se manchan mucho, también puede funcionar, pero insisto, lo mejor es su potencia de aspirado. Yo hice la tarea de investigar muchas marcas y la roborock me sorprendió!!

What I love most is it almost never gets stuck and I don’t have to remember to empty the container. for a while. Does well with hair and cleaning hair out of rollers takes 2 minutes, great design. Does a whole floor of 1300 sq ft with 65% battery left.Programming is almost very good, with a few minor tricky things, but generally very intuitive. Suction is adequate to all surfaces, not too loud but loud enough that it’s hard to watch TV with it around. Does a really good job with minor omissions sometimes, cleaned 100% if I ran it twice, especially if there was a lot of dirt on the floor. Didn’t try the mop as it’s basically dragging a wet sponge, I’d get the rotating mops in that case for better efficiencyIt would probably not pass the dog-poo test, but I don’t run it unattended

The product is probably nice and effective, but the seller is selling it in Saudi market where the voltage is incompatible to the functioning of the product. They should not sell it in a market which is not right for the product!
