Incredible piece of gear!
We originally ordered a Rhoomba, but it didn’t have any mapping. I watched a few videos and this vacuum had some great reviews. It was originally $250, but found it on sale for $139! Easy set up, great mapping on the app, and picks everything up!!! It leaves the floors spotless and once you put it on a schedule it’s on auto pilot! I love how efficient it is in the space it covers to make sure it picks everything up. It is also very quiet and reliable. Battery lasts a long time and trash bin is pretty big. Only used the mop once, but it does a decent job also.

Great vacuum, But not without flaws
After using the Roborock Q5 Pro Plus for a while, Iâve got some mixed feelings. On one hand, itâs incredibly powerful, maybe too powerful at times. This vacuum will suck up childrens socks, and other large items without warning you. It doesnât tell you when somethingâs jammed in the rollers, so itâll just stop cleaning until you notice somethings wrong & check on it. You definitely have to keep an eye on it more than normal for a robot vacuum.Another thing to watch out for is the waste tray. While it does a great job picking up dirt and debris, it doesnât always empty the entire tray automatically, so youâll need to check and clear it manually from time to time.That said, when itâs working without interruptions, it cleans very thoroughly. The navigation is amazing, and it moves around the house efficiently. The app controls are a nice touch, allowing you to customize the cleaning schedule and set no-go zones, which is great if youâve got certain areas you want it to avoid.Overall, itâs a good vacuum if you donât mind checking on it fairly often. Just keep an eye out for it swallowing your socks!

I LOVE THIS ROBOT VAC
I can’t love this little thing enough!!! I have a 200lb English Mastiff and getting the dog hair off the floor is a HUGE DAILY job, I also have 2 yorkies and a toy schnauzer, my mastiff leaves a pile of dog hair throughout my house about the size of one my little dogs and this little vac not only keeps the dog hair off the floor but keeps me from having to run around with a freaking broom or stick vac every single day. I love the app and the easy scheduling. My house is 2000 sq ft and it took about 15 minutes to map out my house and another 10 minutes to set the schedule up. It cleans under my bed and dressers (which I was surprised by as it’s a bit tall). The mopping feature is ok, it does the job and makes the house smell nice, it’s basically dragging a wet rag around the house as it mops. It doesn’t scrub the floor, I prefer to scrub the floor, so, you’ll still have to do that yourself once a week and I’m ok with that.This thing is worth every penny.

A machine with great suction power
This auto-vacuum has been such a handy little helper around the house. It does a great job picking up dust, crumbs, and pet hair, and my floors always feel so much cleaner after it runs. The navigation is pretty goodâmost of the time it gets around furniture just fine and heads back to its dock without any issues. That said, it sometimes struggles with thicker rugs or cords, so Iâve learned to pick those up first.One thing I really like is that itâs not super loud. You can definitely hear it working, but itâs not annoyingâIâve even had it running while watching TV. The scheduling feature is awesome, too. I usually set it to run while Iâm out, and itâs great coming home to clean floors. Sometimes it misses a spot or two, especially in tight corners or under low furniture, so I do a quick manual cleanup here and there.Overall, itâs been a huge help with keeping things tidy. Itâs not perfect, but it saves me a ton of time and effort, which is all I really wanted. If youâre busy and hate sweeping, itâs definitely worth checking out!

Bought this cool little helper during the Black Friday Amazon super deal and loving it so far, far better than other brands of robotic vacuum I have owned.Setting up using the attached sheet is easy. I would suggest you wait for a full charge and then finish the rest of the setup. Mapping is decently accurate and you can customize the map so it doesnât clean the areas you want it to clean. It supports multiple levels, the only manual step you have to do is to carry it to the desired area and when it is done, put it back to the level where the dock is and hit âGo Homeâ button.Here are the best features I am really impressed.First of all, it is smart, it clean the whole area in a logical way, for example, it start with the edges and then clean big chunks of area back and forth like mowing the lawn. It knows the difference between permanent obstacles ( such as furniture leg, stair) vs temporary obstacles( shoes, toys )Second of all, it is able to clean the surface very well. Very strong suction power and feel stronger than my Dyson. Vacuum and mopping in one pass greatly reduce dust, particles on the floor and air quality in the house improved because of that.Third of all, it supports multiple ways of control and wherever and whenever. You could schedule it, voice control in your own language, or even when you are on a trip.I would highly recommend everyone to this product, you wonât regret.

He de aceptar que al principio estaba muy escéptico de que fuera a funcionar; pero con la primera limpieza me convenció al 1000%, tenemos 2 perros que pelechan bastante y una vez que activamos la roborock, mi casa luce impecable, barre y aspira perfectamente, muy fácil de usar y la activas o programas cuando tu quieras. La mopa para trapear no es su fuerte, pero si tus pisos no se manchan mucho, también puede funcionar, pero insisto, lo mejor es su potencia de aspirado. Yo hice la tarea de investigar muchas marcas y la roborock me sorprendió!!

I lucked out! Got it on the the Amazon black day promotion for $249.991) Hardware setup: I followed the instructions on the large startup sheet (relatively easy, even for me).2) App Installation (Easy) : I installed the app on my Android phone3) App registration and signon: This was the hardest part as my password was never strong enough, however it finally worked after 5-6 attempts. Who would want to hack into my robot cleaner ?4) Connecting new device to WIFI: As for any new device, have your WIFI credentials ready (WIFI name and password). Connecting was a little tricky. It took 2 or 3 attempts before I got that beautiful green text indicating “successful connection”.5) Operation: I’m not going to spoil the fun; except to say that this little guy is a joy to watch. I set it on “FULL” from my app. It ran for an hour and guess what! It really does clean and my wife is overjoyed. We have a “shedding” Shiba Inu dog; must I say more?Update Dec 28, 2024: Sorry to spoil the fun, but you’ll need to do a weekly cleaning or the unit may not function well due to hair and other contaminants.Update Jan 3, 2025: This little marvel may have saved my marriage LOL. The floors have never been cleaner; especially in areas like under the bed, etc. It has relieved my wife of the daily work of sweeping and dusting not to mention that the air quality has improved. Bottom line, “IT REALLY WORKS”.

What I love most is it almost never gets stuck and I don’t have to remember to empty the container. for a while. Does well with hair and cleaning hair out of rollers takes 2 minutes, great design. Does a whole floor of 1300 sq ft with 65% battery left.Programming is almost very good, with a few minor tricky things, but generally very intuitive. Suction is adequate to all surfaces, not too loud but loud enough that it’s hard to watch TV with it around. Does a really good job with minor omissions sometimes, cleaned 100% if I ran it twice, especially if there was a lot of dirt on the floor. Didn’t try the mop as it’s basically dragging a wet sponge, I’d get the rotating mops in that case for better efficiencyIt would probably not pass the dog-poo test, but I don’t run it unattended
