Great machine overall
Was looking for something to mop my hard floors effectively. I do have a Roborock S7 and feel like a more powerful mopping capability is needed. Something from the same brand came to mind so that I can easily manage both devices using one mobile app, and this one turned out to be a great complement. Itâs not overly heavy, and once itâs powered on, it gets easier to move around with the motorized wheels. The cleaning power is quite strong with three different modes to select from based on the level of cleaning needed. The self-cleaning and drying function is a nice addition, but be aware that it does take a while to complete the whole process. The noise level is acceptable. The flat design does make it easier to get under furnitures. Overall a great product as expected, making mopping an ease.

Lots of maintenance just to vacuum.
Works well but thereâs a lot of maintenance that comes with this vacuum. Once finished vacuuming, youâll need to clean and empty the dirty water and dirt from the collection container, as well as clean and dry the actual roller. Additionally, thereâs a small gap between the roller and vacuum that will need to be cleaned otherwise dirt and dust will collect and clog up the machine.Too much work. If you just want to quickly vacuum up a spot perhaps just donât use the wet function.I donât know. If I could do it over Iâd go with a different vacuum

I purchased this vacuum three weeks ago. The vacuum I initially received was defective. It kept telling me to lock the head even though the head was locked in place. Also, it didn’t charge even though I placed it on the dock. I immediately contacted Roborock customer service, and they sent me a shipping label for the return. It took two weeks for the entire process for them to send me a replacement.Now, I received a new vacuum just yesterday. It says I need to place it on the dock even though it is already on the dock. Again, it is defective with the same issue. They have serious quality control issues with this particular product, considering this vacuum cost over $500. I have never experienced this with their robot vacuums.I hope my review helps people who are considering buying this vacuum. I requested a refund because I donât believe the quality of this product is worth the price. Please be aware of this. It may not be worth it.
