Good product
Smells good; the smell isnât strong at all like some other reviews unless theyâre referring to the mold stain remover now thatâs a different story compared to other commercial disinfectants in my opinion

This stuff is amazing!
I buy it because it is safe to use around my pets. I put it in a spray bottle, in my bissel mop, use it on mold, and to clean up after poultry prep. It makes everything smell so clean and it disinfects! This product alone made me a fan of this company.

Pleasant smell. Recommended.
Highly recommend. Some bacteria had gotten into our grout from a pet food, and when mopping with the usual cleaner, a really nasty smell was released. Mopped the house with this product and the problem went away. Am now consistently using and enjoying this product instead. I find the smell to be pleasant and not overly powerful, in contrast to the experience of others. I have used other products containing thymol in the past for similar purposes, and found the smell to be similar to those. For me, this was a concern I had after reading reviews that did not prove to be a concern in practice. No detectable residue when used diluted.

Strong Smell
Couldnât get past the âbotanicalâ smell, but this product does clean well. Donated it.

Works
Purchased this to remove mold growing in basement in the rafters. It did a great job. I will say when using it,cover anything you donât want bleach splatter on,the mist travels. Easy to use but you will want fans on if itâs in an enclosed space because of the strong bleach smell. Great value too.

Like the citrus smell. Much better than the typical cleaning smell. We use this to clean and sanitize our inflatables.

This works on everything!Just spray, wait a minute, wipe. That’s it! Toilet(under the rim of the bowl), tub, shower curtains, sinks, floors (not wood)crevices, on and on.

Excellent Thyme-Based Disinfectant
RMR Brands Botanical Disinfectant Cleaner has no harsh chemicals like bleach or phosphates, and is safe around kids and pets. That said, you would definitely want your children to be kept away from the bottle, of course. It is good and strong and is a potent killer of over 99.9% of viruses and bacteria, according to the manufacturer. The label doesn’t mention mold but I have found it to be preventative for that as well, providing it is used often enough. It has a powerful aroma. I transfer some from the one-gallon container to an empty spray bottle. and spray it full strength on all shower surfaces (porcelain, metal, both sides of the shower curtain). First I spray on EverSpring All Purpose Lavender-Bergamot Cleaner and then rinse and squeegee it off; then the RMR Botanical Disinfectant Cleaner which I leave on without rinsing. My shower is squeaky clean! I also add a small amount in the washing machine with every washing. I never dilute it for anything. The label lists 15 different uses for it! I have used five different brands of thyme-based disinfectants, and RMR Brands Botanical Disinfectant Cleaner (also thyme-based) is as good as any of them. They are all pretty similar, but you can’t go wrong with this one. Plus at the time I bought it it was the most inexpensive of all of them. Not sure if that’s true now. This is an effective disinfectant / cleaner.
