This product is top notch!!Spray, let sit 5-8 mins, dab up. It does just what the Jug says. I’ve been using it for a few years, now. 2 dachshunds can have random accidents, even with pee pads. It really takes the odor and stains out of rugs/carpets without ruining the fabric or color. Highly recommend this for any domestic dog lover. Note: I am allergic to cats, so I can’t review on cat urine.

Works quick, no unpleasant smell, Of course, the faster you clean up the mess, the better but it cleans those missed messes hidden under the piano or close to the curtains. Just spray the spot in question, make sure it’s completely covered rub or brush, then blot with a paper towel. Great on cat messes.

Have elderly small dog who is semi-urine incontinent who wets carpet several times a week. I put absorbent cloth over spot and then step on it for several seconds to absorb urine. I then spray with this product and leave it. Don’t have a single stain. However, I do have stain resistant carpet which I’m sure helps.
