Plug and play battery, works perfectly!
Iâve had this battery for several months now, and itâs still going strong. It was a drop-in replacement for my Roboroc vacuum that no longer would hold a charge long enough to complete a cleaning cycle. This battery fits perfectly and took about 5 min to install. Highly recommended.

Great capacity, easy to install, works like original
My original Roborock battery died and I needed a new replacement. This battery has excellent capacity, enabling the vacuum to cover large areas without frequent recharges. After installation, the vacuum runs smoothly and efficiently, with no noticeable difference from the original battery. Easy to install and it works great.
I was finding that my Roborock 6 was not making it through my house with one charge. It had to stop and recharge to finish. It wasnât a big deal, but I thought I might as well buy a new battery so it can finish the entire house without recharging. I kept the old battery as a spare. Money will spent.

Works great
After 4 year my Roborock S5 battery quit working. The vacuum battery was drained half way of my house and would not return back to the dock to recharge. I installed the new battery and worked perfectly. Then vacuum my entire house and used less than 50% of the battery. The vacuum was a little faster with the new battery.

Great Battery for Roborock S4 max
This appears to be a good replacement for the Roborock S4 Max battery. I was a little concerned because this battery actually weighs slightly less than the factory Original battery. Less weight is odd because this battery has a higher amp hour rating than the factory original. The battery was easy to install and appears to be working as intended. Be aware that when you remove the bottom panel from the robot vac, you will need to remove a piece of tape covering one of the screws. This will let the company know you have opened the unit. The robot vac appears to be working as it did when new. No error messages and great performance. I would recommend this battery for anyone with a similar model vacuum.

Died One Day Past Return Window
At first I was very happy with this battery. My OEM battery on my Roborock S6 Max V was not finishing its daily cleaning of my main floor without a trip back to the charging dock. This new battery could complete the task and still have a half charge or more.However, ONE DAY past the return window, I found my Roborock sitting on the charging dock, completely off line and unresponsive. In addition, the surface of the vacuum cleaner was hot. I removed the PALO battery and put the old OEM battery back in. That fixed the problem…except now I am left with a defective battery.PALO says the battery has a one year warranty, but they also say to contact them through Amazon and I am not seeing a way to do that.

S6Max V
After 3 or 4 long faithful years of no issues with our Roborock, it kept dying while the charge was still decent, and we had to carry it back to the docking station. We proceeded for about a week and broke up the schedule to not do multiple rooms at once, but alas the battery kept getting worse.So far we have only had this for a couple of weeks but it completely fixed our battery issue. I am super pleased! I heard it was easy to install but I leave that to my man. I hope this lasts another few years. I love my roborock!

Vacuum robot was dying while cleaning with a nearly full battery. Having much experience with lithium batteries because of my hobby with radio controlled toys, I new this was a symptom of a failed battery. Popped the replacement battery in and voila, the problem was gone and my robo-vacuum was back to life. THX
