economical replacement battery for U.PS. (back-up power supply)
bought this battery to replace the battery in a cyber-power U.P.S. at less than $20 it worked great. interestingly, it was rated the same 3.5 amps as my old battery, but 1/3 larger. either the old battery was over-rated, or this one is under-rated. remember, how LONG a U.P.S. will work is dependent on the size of the battery. a 3.5 amp battery provides a total of 40 watts (for 1 hour). so if the item you are protecting draws that, you will get 1 hr of protection MAXIMUM. 400 watt load, 1/10 of that (6 minutes!). mine protected a router, modem, and wire-less phone. it was probably too-small to really do that job. i have since replaced it with a larger U.P.S. (with a 9 amp battery, providing 100 watts of total power (2 and 1/2 times the power of my original U.P.S.), and re-purposed my old U.P.S. to protect a single Tivo box (1 amp draw=120 watts=20 minutes of back up MAXIMUM. most U.P.S.’s are over-sold, and can’t produce nearly the protection they advertise.

Great bargain. Just be sure to measure first so you get the right model for your APC.
Great value. Local retail store was twice the price. Twice. Mine was not unmarked as in the photo but looks like similar product with UB1234k printed in white on the side. Fit was perfect.Make sure to measure your old battery and get one with the same dimensions. Also, keep in mind that the height measurement provided on Amazon includes the height of the connectors, not the body of the battery alone. So there could be a little variation there. Make sure you measure the height of your old battery both ways. The dimension given for height for this battery of 2.64 inches includes the height of the connectors!Don’t be afraid to peal the APC label off your old battery to look for additional information. This was moderately helpful for me. See photos of my old battery with and without the label. The manufacturer name – Long, and the code WP3-12, which 3 amps 12 volts, are helpful shopping and ensuring you are getting the right model.Very pleased and if it lasts a few years it will prove to be a great buy.Mine arrived wrapped in bubble wrap inside a padded plastic envelope which had been folded over and taped tight around the battery. It was in excellent condition but I can certainly see how, given the weight of the item, damage could occur if it is dropped or handled roughly during transport. A cardboard box with padding inside would definitely be better protection, but I had no issues with condition on arrival and it was an easy matter to slice off the padding with my pocketknife.Similarly, I had no issues with the fit of the tabs on the battery with the connectors on my APC unit. The tabs on the new battery were a bit smaller but fit tightly inside the connectors first time with no finagling necessary.Orientation of the battery in the battery compartment is a little odd. Try to note – or photograph with your phone – how the old battery is in the compartment. To my mind, the battery goes in sideways on my model APC. But this is definitely something you can figure out in ten seconds through trial and error, which is what I did. See photo.Good luck. Highly recommended.

Fit Adequate, But Battery Is Slightly Oversized Compared to Original By APC Using a MJ07AB Casing
I was replacing the battery for a very old APC Back-UPS 350 that was 10+ years old. The original battery was labeled “Genuine RBC for APC by Schneider”. The plastic casing of the original was embossed as MJ07AB.The replacement battery was adequate to do the job , but there were two deficits.First, the battery case was over-sized in one dimension making it difficult to reinstall the slide-in plastic cover. I was able force the cover back in place, thereby deflecting the cover slightly when installed. Slightly awkward, but it worked.Secondly, the fast-on battery male tabs were slightly smaller than the original battery. Hence the female connectors (as part of the original case and circuitry) were a bit over-sized. These were installed (having a very tight fit- a good thing), and in my opinion will be adequate for the intended circuitry.(Now where and how do I disposed of the old, sealed lead-acid battery?)Ah, yes the following day …Staples came to the rescue and was able to recycle my old battery. I send them thank you’s, and of course we can patronize them too!

A Reliable & Cost-Effective UPS Battery
I purchased this battery to use with my APC ES 350 UPS unit. Thus far, I’m very pleased with it. It charges quickly and seems to provide ample back-up power for my purposes. It’s packaged well, is easy to install, and appears to be quite well made. Zero complaints thus far.

Battery was almost completely dead and would not charge. Seller would not refund.
This battery arrived DOA and the manufacturer refused to provide a replacement and told me to go to Amazon, and Amazon told me to go to the manufacturer. I will not be buying from this manufacturer again.
