While searching for a vacuum/mop, this popped up. It had everything I wanted. Is it perfect? Maybe not to some, but its perfect for me. The registration had me wanting to throw it in the yard until I entered my email in lower case. It is easy to set up after this. I was so enthralled watching it I almost forgot to empty the dust bin.
You can set sweep then vacuum, vacuum or mop. It divides rooms and them you label them and you can create virtual sils and much more. It will find shoe strings and other items lost long ago. I haven’t figured out if scheduling is possible because I don’t use it. My Roomba J7+ ran thru a nasty dog accident which was discovered too late and was a mess to clean up.
It starts with the edges and then the rest of the room. It can be set to avoid carpet but if it cannot go around or over you will have to manually move it. It is quiet and so far I am excited with the features. I have short hair pets and was surprised at what it picked up after using my Shark hydro vac, both hair and dirt. I got the $399 model and couldn’t be happier. It is true value for this price and I would buy it again and recommend to friends.
Update. I loved it when it arrived but now less than a month later it is having a “Top Motor Malfunction” so back it goes.

Has it’s issues but worth it if willing to tinker
For it’s ability to cleans it’s great but limited app capabilities and no updates since buying leaves for much that can be improved. Again in my opinion it works well to mop and vacuum when it does. I can not for the life of me get appointments to work I have tried everything and made sure I followed manual instructions for same. Hope to see some improvements in app to allow more bug fixes and more customizable options… one thing I’ll say to anyone buying this is I found the black filter thing that’s inside the clean water tank disintegrates and gets stuck causing the dock to clog so if you getting it or have it remove black filter thing from clean tank. Will update review if fixes and updates come for robot and app…

Horrible
This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased in my life, and Iâm not being dramatic at all. I only rated it one star because it doesnât let you rate a zero.
The robot malfunctions in some form every single time Iâve used it. It mops the carpet even though it claims carpet detection. I had to throw away an area rug that got destroyed by the dirty mop. Every sensor on the robot malfunctions. The robot literally messages âRobot Stuckâ while it is sitting in the middle of an open floor. It goes into restricted areas that you set up in the app. It spins in circles for no reason and then shuts down.
I seriously cannot stress enough that you should not waste a cent on this thing.

Impressive
This has been a life changer for my household. Use it daily, sometimes twice a day. Do yourself a favor and buy one. Best purchase of the year. Sure it gets stuck once in a while on a rug, but it saves me so much time and keeps my floors looking clean without minimal effort from me. Worth it in my book!

Cleans in a hurry, but not great if you have pets
I had really high hopes for this vacuum/mop as it compared to some big name competitors. Here is what I think after 6 months of use:
First, having the water tanks is great. However, if you don’t empty the dirty water immediately, it stinks! Also, the machine has a drying feature to dry the mop head on the underside of the vacuum. This doesn’t fully dry and the mop head smells terrible now! Is the mop head an option to buy and replace??? I tried to run it through the washing machine and I cannot get the dirty smell out. This was from regular mopping. No messes, no spills, just mopping the house. The mop does do a good job though and is a time saver for me. It will go over spots on the floor a few times, if it detects that it’s really dirty.
Next, the container that holds what the vacuum sucks up is very small. If you have dogs that shed, this is not for you. Sad to say, but I vacuum with my Dyson to get up all the dog hair and then let this robot do it’s job to mop and vacuum any little stuff that I have missed. I do like that it is extremely quiet and it’s great to run at night. It puts itself to sleep and empty/change water when it’s done or needs charging.
Lastly, I do not use the app. When I went to download it, the title and description were totally in Chinese. I have no clue what I am agreeing to, so there’s no way I want to download that app!! Therefore I can only use mine on vacuum and mop together without the app.
Overall it does help out and does get the job done. Mopping is a pain, so I would use it to mop. If you are looking to use it as a vacuum, there are so many better ones out there that don’t cost near as much as this one.

Overall Great Vacuum
This is my second robot vacuum. I wanted to upgrade to one that will vacuum and mop. Having clean and waste water containers for mopping was also a high priority.
The good: It vacuums very well. The area around the litter box has never stayed so grit free! Even with a litter mat, and sweeping the area daily, there still seemed to be litter every time I walked near it.
The mopping capability is outstanding. The kitchen floor is always spotless. (That’s saying something with a house of teenagers!)
The app is easy to use and gives notifications when cleaning starts, and if there’s a problem while cleaning.
The bad: You must use either vacuum or vacuum and mop. You can’t set it to mop only in certain areas, like the ones without carpet. It’s all or nothing.
The robot seems to sometimes get stuck in places my last one didn’t. Such as the transition from vinyl to carpet in my bedroom. It doesn’t get stuck consistently, just some days.
Overall, definitely something I would purchase again. I’m hoping for the vacuum/mop options to upgrade in a future firmware update.

This is the best moping and vacuuming robot ever. Moping is outstanding compared to any others on the market. Removed dry stains in the kitchen. It runs in S path and overlaping with previous path in half, which means it cleans twice with wide rotating mop. Doesn’t leave any messy residuals. Self cleans and easy to work with. Who ever designed this robot is pretty smart. Off course there are limitions as to any robot cleaners, but this one is the best. App is good, just follow the instructions and download it from their website. For more info you can find tutorial on youtube. I absolutely recommend to anyone, especially if you have a big house.
