Honestly ZERO star rating
For some reason, this product has a lot of high ratings, which Iâm wondering why that is. After looking at the lowest ratings, I must honestly say those are the most accurate. This robot vacuum easily gets stuck easily on almost anything, will not return to its base even when placed right in front of it – does not dock properly for recharging, was not able to pair with Alexa as advertised, did not respond to the remote control in any manner, worst of all the return process DID NOT allow for a Kohlâs return. I had to contact Amazon customer service and have a long drawn out Convo about the length of time it took to get a refund on my prime account gift card to initiate a purchase of a different brand. Worst experience ever!Buyer beware: pay CLOSE attention to where a product can be returned, even though itâs a prime backed brand, often times you will not get an immediate refund upon returning. Itâs outrageous how your money is taken out of your banking account/credit card immediately but upon returning a product you have to wait 10 to 30 days to have a refund on your Amazon prime gift card?! NO I donât think so!

Time saver!
This robot vacuum has been a game-changer in maintaining a clean house with two dogs that shed constantly. Setting it up was incredibly easy; it took just a few minutes to get it up and running, but you do have to charge it for a minimum of 6hrs before you can use it for the first time. The vacuum navigates around furniture effortlessly and picks up an impressive amount of pet hair, dirt, and dust. One feature I especially love is its integration with Google Home. Being able to control it with a simple voice command adds so much convenience.

Great Product!!!
Its really worth the price!!!Compared to other costly ones, it makes really less noise. Cleans the corners to perfection(check attached video), way better than the costly one my flatmate have. The clean algorithm is made in such a way that it cleans the center area and then goes to clean corners.Very easy to dock it back to charging station, and connects well with android phone app. Very easy to clean the bin and suction is really great!!!

Easy to use
I have this vacuum and I also have a Roomba. This vacuum is so easy to use and it just wanders around picking up dirt and dust. Itâs pretty easy to empty and you donât have to clean out as many areas as you do on the Roomba. That being said, it doesnât have as much suction power as my Roomba. But Iâm very glad I bought it as my downstairs vacuum.
