As with any dust boot bristle skirt like this, they are cut to size, but when you cut it the edges may lose some bristles.My needs weren’t for a dust shoe for the cnc, however. I made clips that I’ve tacked to the frame of my couch and other furniture to prevent dust, pet toys, etc from getting lost under the furniture. Works great so far.Only gave 4 stars because I would have liked to buy a longer length, at least twice the length, but this was the longest I could find.
